Came across this restaurant while searching for a place to eat near the Colleseum late at night. This was one of the few places that had good reviews and were open late at night. One cannot take the Google rating of restaurants in Rome at face value. I’ve come across plenty which are rated 4.5+ by tens of thousands of people which deserve less than 4 stars in reality. I was afraid this was also in this category, but I still decided to eat here due to the limited open options in the vicinity. And boy, I am ever so happy for that leap of faith in times of desperation. My spouse and I shared a Napoleon pizza which was perfectly baked in a wood fired oven, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The mozeralla cheese used in the pizza was of great quality which made for a delicious pizza, even in the absence of any sauce (nor white nor red). The pizza was gulped up within a few minutes. Of all the desserts, the tiramisu is the only one made in-house which led me to order it. I was once again pleasantly surprised. The tiramisu had a creamy silky smooth texture and had the right amount of sweetness. The ladyfinger’s texture complimented the creamy tiramisu perfectly. Along with the cocoa dusting, the 3 made for a pleasant dessert and pushes this tiramisu to be the best I’ve had in Italy. Would happily recommend this place to everyone and anyone. The service was great, food was delicious and appropriately priced, even after being situated in such a touristy location.

**The Food:** This restaurant offers some of the finest Italian pizza you can find in Rome, at a very affordable price. The Pizza is crafted with the utmost attention to detail. The pizza is made using fresh, natural ingredients, and the traditional "forno a legna" (wood-fired oven) technique imparts a depth of flavor that is simply exquisite. The presentation is equally impressive, with each pizza arriving at the table as a visual delight—perfect for capturing that Instagram-worthy shot. **The Service:** The service here is exceptional, with a staff that is both attentive and genuinely friendly. They excel at guiding indecisive diners through the menu, offering thoughtful recommendations to ensure you enjoy the best possible meal. A special mention must be made of Aurelio, a standout waiter whose expertise and warm hospitality elevate the dining experience to another level. **The Atmosphere:** The restaurant's decor is beautifully executed, with a soothing blue palette that creates a relaxing ambiance—ideal for enjoying a leisurely meal. The space is thoughtfully adorned with Italian memorabilia and decorative plants, adding a touch of authenticity and charm. The restaurant is also equipped with air conditioning, making it a perfect retreat during Rome's sweltering summer days.

Really beautiful aesthetic here! Definitely did not expect that from looking at it on the outside but absolutely locked at the moment we stepped in. Supplì - We really wanted to try this after proper street food place but this was the last night in Rome so had to get it here. Actually delicious! Crispy on the outside and lot of flavor. Cacio e Pepe - Simple but tasty. Just the right amount of cheese and pasta was cooked well too. O' VESUVIUS (Tomato sauce, buffalo mozzarella, spicy salami, pecorino cheese, ricotta-filled crust) The spicy salami was amazing! Really love the creative Ricotta stuffed crust as well. I think that's what made the crust edible cuz otherwise it was quite thick. Salmon And Truffle Pizza (Mozzarella, smoked salmon, yellow tomato, burrata, truffle flakes) We were hoping the burrata would actually be more creamy on the inside, but after cutting it up and distributing it on the pieces it went really well with the salmon. A great idea for breakfast as well haha. Also got a Hazelnut Biscoff layered dessert from the display to share. Everyone seemed to enjoy it.

This place was a real lucky find for us. The waiter that we had spoke grade English was extremely polite and helpful. While I was prepared to order some bruschetta, he redirected me to try the deep fried pizza crust, covered with rocket, with his explanation being "you can get bruschetta anywhere in Italy, try something different". This dish was an absolute winner we all really enjoyed this. We also tried a couple of the pizzas with the best being the Vesuvius, very good, not the best pizza I had in Italy, but definitely up there in quality. I also tried the IPA beer that they make there at Pizza forum. It was really fantastic. I was really surprised that region of Italy has any type of IPA's available. all in all I will say if you are close to the pizza forum I would highly recommend trying it.

The waittress spilt a entire can of coca cola on my cousin , she laughed and said sorry and got some napkins and then went away after 5 min waiting for the other pizzas we saw that she also spilled the cola on our pizza and we demanded that they should replace all pizzas and bring them new at the same time because we wanted to eat together , the waittress looked shocked and first didnt wanna do it but after a while they brought us the pizza , i had caprese which didnt had any flavor my other 2 cousins liked their pizza tho, they brought a new can of cola and then we demanded the check, they let us pay full price for everything (even the cola) and didnt said anything about the pants of my cousin being ruined because it was still wet down to his knees , we will never visit this restaurant again

We had lunch once at this restaurant. We usually look for establishments that local people go to, but we had just arrived to Rome and we were hungry. The place is nicely decorated on the inside. Staff shouldn’t be visible when not doing much, specially leaving their shift through the main hall. We had ordered a Greek salad with two pizzas and two beers. The salad was tasty and the ingredients were fresh. The pizzas looked tasty, but they weren’t really so much. I don’t know what they put in their dough, but the crust was like rubber, stretchy. Had a hard time cutting through it. Average taste for a pizza in Italy. There was an error in my beer order, got another brand, but was fixed. The service was attentive despite the restaurant being quite crowded.
