I had a bad experience at this store. I went to buy a handy fan because the box said the fan could use a type C charging port. However, when I returned to the hotel, I could not use the normal type C charger but only the charger attached to the box. I went to return the item to the store for the above reason but a short-haired manager on the first floor did not allow me to return the item. I wanted to exchange for another fan that used an international type C charging port but she said she could not check each fan in the store. I tried very hard to convince the interpreter at the store because I didnât know Japanese. Then there was a man who was explained by the interpreter as the manager who directly returned the cash to me. After that, I still saw the short-haired woman that the interpreter called the manager continued to talk for a long time.
