LUCUA Osaka — Attraction in Osaka

All of the staff here were very polite and helpful. I nearly started an international incident when I ate at a delicious hamburger restaurant on the top floor. I was seated facing the wall and wanted to change seats so that I could look out the window. I pointed at the chair across the table from me, locked eyes with my young Japanese waitress and said "Suwatte" which means "I want you to sit". The tension in the air was thick. My waitress looked at me like I was a visitor from Mars. She was very attractive but my intention was not to command her to sit across from me as I enjoyed my meal. I only wanted to change seats and I had managed to hit on her the worst...

Love LUCUA Osaka. It is not just a shopping mall, it is practically a city within a city. Endless shops spanning fashion, lifestyle, and quirky finds that you did not even know you needed until you saw them. Really enjoyed the bottom floor of the LUCUA mall as a jewelry and perfume lover. They called this area Isetan Urban Market and had many boutiques of local brands or Japanese made brands.

This place is great if you’re into niche interests such as this. I was able to buy high quality gold plated to gold fill jewelry and some very soft/gentle fragrances. $20-40/each.

The 2nd to top floors had lots of premium cosmetics, clothing and other items however I felt they were a bit expensive like $100+ . Still very beautiful mall and worth...
