All of the staff here were very polite and helpful. I nearly started an international incident when I ate at a delicious hamburger restaurant on the top floor. I was seated facing the wall and wanted to change seats so that I could look out the window. I pointed at the chair across the table from me, locked eyes with my young Japanese waitress and said "Suwatte" which means "I want you to sit". The tension in the air was thick. My waitress looked at me like I was a visitor from Mars. She was very attractive but my intention was not to command her to sit across from me as I enjoyed my meal. This place is great if you’re into niche interests such as this. I was able to buy high quality gold plated to gold fill jewelry and some very soft/gentle fragrances. $20-40/each.
