This cheesecake is a whole different experience from the usual. It’s super fluffy, not too sweet, and you can really taste the egg whites. This is the thing in Osaka, partly because the creator of the recipe refuses to expand beyond the Osaka area.

It’s not exactly a “shop,” but more of a stall with an open kitchen, so you get to watch the whole process—from mixing the batter to baking the cakes. There’s always a line out front, waiting for the next batch to come straight from the oven. If you’re not up for the wait, you can grab a same-day cake from the back, but trust me—getting one fresh is worth it.

You can only buy a whole cake—no half options here—but at 950 yen, it’s not hard on the wallet. And honestly, it’s light enough that two people can easily...

This place is an experience more than a cheese cake shop. A long line will (most probably) greet you as soon as you enter the area. But I have never enjoyed waiting in line - you can see the staff preparing cheese cake while you are waiting. If you are a foodie and enjoy cooking food as well, oh boy! What a delight watching cheese cake preparation and baking.

Eating it right out of the over has its own taste. Cheesecake is extremely fluffy, smooth and very mildly sweet (which is a good thing). The bottom layer of the cake has raisins sprinkled on the outer circumference.

Overall, it’s very fresh and tasty! Would recommend and buy again!

I was not planning on buying anything as I assumed it was just a social media fad, but once there, as it is only 1000 yen for a whole cake and the line although long moves super quick, I decided to get one. Oh my, what a treat that was! I ate the whole cake within a day - it is super light, and not overpowering or packed with sugar like many cakes we are used to eating... Fluffy, warm, soft - perfect!The line in the original location was quite long but here it took me 5 minutes from the start of the queue to purchase, and I was there in peak times.
