Great shopping if you are looking for anime figures, in August 2017, there where two shops here selling anime figures and related merchandise. My son found a figure here that he has never seen before in his four years in Japan. There is a very unique bowling alley which looked fun, but we didn't play. Also restaraunts and bars too, the rooftop beer garden must be good as it was packed and there was a lineup of people on the outside waiting to get in as well.. We rode the Ferris wheel which cost 600 yen, it's on the 7 th floor which is the top of the Norbesa building , but each carriage is fully enclosed so it feels very safe. Cost 1000yen to get on it, about 10-15 minutes ride which was reasonable. The height is quite high so I enjoyed 360 degrees view of Sapporo and mountains.
The mall itself is pretty quiet, not much to say. It’s all about the...
