Read moreThanks for letting me realize not to buy apple in future. I had come up with big plan to buy or reserve one Mac book and iPhone XS Max today. But I had 5c and 5s in my hand which I bought 2 years ago. I just wanted to check if I giveback and trade in how much I can save money. I got an English support. But I dont know what she thought about me. She just checked my 5s and said they can give 1000¥ gift card and I got shocked. Because it was too lesser than I thought. But anyway I want to know about 5c also. Its battery was not charged so she put it in charger and asked me to call if it is charged.
I was waiting until it gets charged and called her. I thought she is busy so she may come within 5 mins. But nobody came and one Japanese support girl came and asked about my plan and I explained her again. I don’t know whether she understood my request or not. She said again to wait. I waited long again but no response. So I decided to move, so I removed my mobile from the charger and return the charger back then informed to her and moved out.
I don’t know whether they treated me as their customer or a guy who just come for timepass and waste someone’s time. If they judged anything by appearance that I maynot buy anything today, I’m sorry. ( I had bought 7plus and 8plus before by paying full Price). Since apple deliver best product, the people who come to applestore have capability to buy and pay
There are some people like me who need to plan and understand the benefit before they buy the product in huge price. And they trusting a brand like apple by their product quality and upgrades. If there is any intention of treating customer with partiality, please change that mindset. It may lead to loose a customer like me in the future. I may not be the big customer. But even a single customers feedback will...
Read moreI went to this Apple store on July 11, 2020. The outdoor receptionists were very nice. They asked me what I’m looking for, they welcomed me very friendly, and they made me a reservation. but the service was very different inside.
When i enter through the entrance, I was served by a Japanese woman who seemed unfriendly. She didn't introduce herself and just showed me the apple watch that I was looking for without explaining.
And the worse part begin when I’m gonna checkout and pay the apple watch. She plugged my credit card into the card machine without offering for a monthly credit card installment. For me (as a foreign student in Japan) credit card installment is very important.
Because of the payment was done, the process to make a cancellation that i paid was by making a return invoice. And then, she made me a payment again with monthly credit card installments. And the final of this drama, she gave me two receipts (one for return, one for the monthly installments). And then she just said “thank you” without accompanied me up to the exit.
This is my fourth time for purchasing apple’s product at apple store. But i never had an experience like this before. First time i went to this apple store, Staffs were very polite and friendly, not like this women. They welcomed me with warm greeting and they also accompanied me up to the exit when i finished the payment.
This is my advice for your store : Introduce your self when meet your customers Offer a payment methods (by cash, sum lump payment or monthly installment if you receive credit cards) Offer a receipt/invoice by email or print (many people don’t like paper receipt, so please ask them in advance). Accompany your customers to the exit door when they have...
