Had a great and memorable time at Genki! A MUST if you are walking A LOT! I highly recommend getting the 60 minutes foot massage with oil! And we got so much out of it. Shout out to the kind mister 17! And kind lady 22! They took care of me and my bf. 10/10! Straight forward. Easy to find. Free WiFi. Clean bathroom. Great service. Kind and attentive staff. Foreigner friendly! Walk in OK! Great price & Value!! —— Straight forward and easy to find! The place is right next to Mister donut and up the elevator to 5th floor. The floor is quiet and people were at peace. It was reassuring that this is a place people of all kinds would frequent from foreigners to natives. English and Chinese friendly! We were escorted by the staff to another floor where we were warmly welcomed with slippers to change into and a basket to put our stuff in. They helped us into the chair and covered us in blanket. They offered us cold and warm tea per our request. More than we expected! We picked the 60 minute foot massage & got our knee, lower leg and foot massaged. They were very attentive and asked if this was enough pressure. It would be good to just say “lighter” or “harder”. Be straightforward with your request, it’s easier for them. I saw so many people other than me at ease. And they even have privacy curtains for pairs. They had nice calming music playing too. My pain in my feet vanished and I was so relaxed! I have walked around 18,000 steps by that time. I was really worried my feet would smell but they didn’t judge. What I like about them is that they will adjust accordingly to loosen the tight area as long as you are okay with it. Their willingness to explain what’s going on made me more comfortable. We also went close to their dinner break time and they were super understanding and accommodating! I appreciate all the good company and this relaxing time with nice staff. They also offer small candy too, it’s pretty cute! I appreciate 17 giving us great advice on how to better take care of our aching legs through this trip. They offer full body massage and different packages. There will always be something that works for you. The towels are clean, so you won’t be surprised by random dirt or a hair. Bathroom: yes; clean Method of payment: cash and card ok Couples: yes Internet: yes English & Chinese ok! (Korean seems okay too based on their directions)

Just had a 90 minute foot massage with Saffron oil by therapist #25 and it was amazing! The Massage itself: My feet and calves are pretty sore from traveling long distances during my short visit and after the massage, I feel like I can go climb to the top of the Inari shrine again! The massage focuses on feet, ankles, and calves which is super useful and different from other places I’ve been to. The therapist: I had #25 (I didn’t get his name; so sorry! 😞) and he was amazing. He spoke to me in English perfectly because I speak almost zero Japanese. He gave me clear instructions on what to do next to get ready. Then the massage itself was extraordinary. He checked with me frequently to make sure the pressure was okay. Since I had pretty sore feet, I just let him do full pressure and he can really get into it! He had amazing strength but never too hard to be painful. They allow you to choose to book with specific therapists in advance but if you walk in, it’s whoever’s available and I’m so glad I got #25! The setting: The building looks a bit unkempt from the outside but the massage place is completely clean and professional. They offer you shorts and a changing room when you get in. Then they give you tea and candy to enjoy while getting massaged. There’s also a cat owned by the business who you can pet during your massage. She’s completely friendly and will quietly sit in your chair with you. I will definitely be making another appointment here before I leave Japan!

My wife and I visit Genki massage couple of times both of them were amazing, we tried the therapists 26, 19 and 28. And I really recommend all of them. 26 was a lady very professional nice and relaxing massage, she put me to sleep and recover my energy, 19 Japanese therapist really good technique and constant pressure amazing consistency my wife requested him second time we went and both times was amazing quality massage, and last but not least 28 was my guy and he will give you a hard pressure and high energy massage for those who need strong energy and a lot of attention and hard work massage this guy was amazing, he gave it all and I’m very thankful. So there you go 26 if you need relaxing and medium pressure, 19 if you want an expert with trigger point and puntual pressure typical massage, and 28 if you need high pressure and strong energy massage, I recommend all of them. Genki foot has over 7500 reviews and is no mistake, they are good. We tried other massages in Japan but this place was the good one

I bet every tourist visiting Tokyo experienced the same situation. 20,000+ steps a day, resulting in tired and sore feet. We found Genki foot massage here on Google Maps and decided to try since it’s only a short walk from the Kabuchiko Tower where we stayed at the Hotel Groove. It was approximately $45 USD for two people 1-hour foot massage. That was a tremendously good deal! It starts off with a hot foot bath. During the bath, they rub your shoulders. Then the foot massages in comfortable reclining chairs, with a a nice blanket to keep you warm, were very, very good! So relaxing I almost fell asleep. Numbers 6 and 21 were our masseuses. Both excellent. Great visitation. Tried very hard to please. Makes you feel at home with small talk and explanation. Number 6 speaks very good English. I would love to come back here again.

Absolutely exceptional experience at Genku Foot and Body Massage in Tokyo! From the moment I walked in, I was struck by the peaceful and impeccably clean environment. It instantly put me at ease and set the tone for a truly relaxing session. The skill level of the staff is outstanding, and I was thoroughly impressed with the care and precision of the massage. Special recognition goes to therapist #25—an absolute master of their craft. That session has officially set the bar for all future massages, and it's now a very high standard to match. If you're looking for a top-tier massage experience in Tokyo, Genku is the place. I'll definitely be returning and recommending it to anyone visiting the city!
