The English lady that we bought the new LV cross body from on the first floor as well as the two ladies the third floor where we bought the pre-owned Gucci bag were all very professional to say the least. They were altogether pleasant, courteous, kind and very accommodating answering all our questions. They explained the tax exempt procedures thoroughly regarding all the merchandise we bought. They packed their merchandise carefully and placed the merchandise explanation card and receipt in an envelope and gave it to us. In other words, they conducted themselves professionally from beginning to the end of the sales transaction. Unfortunately, all three of your sales people in your men’s department on the other hand NEEDS a lot of SALES TRAINING. We bought a used blue LV men’s cross body bag. All they did was show us the tax procedure which we immediately told them that we already read it before and all they did was process the sale. No kind words or even a thank you. As a matter of fact one of them just handed me the receipt the receipt without even putting it in an envelope the other sales ladies did. I had to ask them for an envelope to put the receipt in. They even FORGOT to give us the type written description card of the merchandise we bought. NEEDLESS to say, the DIFFERENCE between your sales ladies and your men salespersons is...
