There were two young ladies taking orders, they were not very nice with us. We wanted to buy a dango box for take out and the blonde girl seemed to not understand english so we tried to use body language and she repeated several times the same question as she seems to no understand every time we tried to communicate?? I mean, yeah, language barrier but we are tourists, don't expect me to understand full japanese and i don't expect them to speak my language too . So I used very simple words .
