Amazing!! Woo~~I can't believe it!! Fews days ago, My friend just bought some new shoes in this store, she chosed and checked the size is okay then she bought. Then the clerk went to warehouse to pick the new shoes to my friend to check out. Yesterday, she came back to Taiwan and she gave one pair to me, I opened the shoebox, picked up the shoe, checked the shoe ....then I found the bottom of the shoe is dirty. It is not brand new? So,my friend went home quickly and checked her (new?) shoe, oh my god,it was same situation. Two shoes, the bottom of the shoes were dirty, which means that they are not brand new. Why? We don't understand it. Sell the dirty shoe to customers? or the second -hand? But they were not a special offer. Anyway, the true is,we won't flight to Japan again recently,so...I want to share this experience to you guys, and remind you. If you want to buy some shoes in this store, you better confirmed the shoes one more time before you leave, to checked everything is great. The shoe is all cleaned. But we won't go this store to buy shoes anymore. This is true.

I bought my mother shoes at this shop as a souvenir. I asked the staff to find the shoe size that I wanted, without me realizing it, the staff only showed me a box with the correct shoe number without wanting to show me the condition of the item inside. After arriving home I realized that the bottom of the shoes was very dirty and there were several stains on the side of the shoes. because the shoes are white, the stains are very visible. And also there is no paper wrap inside the box, just a shoe It happened that its raining that day and they didn't provide plastic rain protection. There is no tax refund, just a gimmick discount as a member🤔 Very embarrassing for such a big store

Big store with multiple floors, even one single floor dedicated for basketball related goods (a basketball fans here). Especially love the whole atmosphere of the store after the renewal. Was lucky enough to be chosen as one of the lucky winners for Hachimura Rui talk show held inside the store, great to see him in person. Nike Japan definitely has a good event planning team, but they need to rethink about the way they release limited items, it's always on a timing that people with work is impossible to join, giving the easy W to fulltime resellers instead of someone who really want them to wear.

I recently visited the NIKE shop in front of Harajuku Station, and it was an impressive experience! The store spans three floors, offering an extensive selection of products. The apparel section is particularly noteworthy, with a wide range of stylish NIKE clothing available. There are also numerous options for running shoes and sneakers, catering to various tastes and needs. The third floor is dedicated exclusively to Jordan products, making it a must-see for any Jordan enthusiasts. Overall, this NIKE shop in Harajuku is a fantastic destination for NIKE fans and sneakerheads alike.
