Avoid this outlet at all cost! Try different branch maybe Bangsar Village or Nu Sentral! I wouldn't even equate the associates here even to monkeys because monkeys would probably have more brain and be able to reason on simple things. Have been coming to this outlet for few times but it only gets worse every time. The ONLY reason I frequent this outlet is because of my loyalty and membership with the Gardens Club otherwise I'd be sorry to keep returning after eceiving rubbish treatment. Brought my empties to be refilled and because its shower gel and I have just washed it clean from home, obviously the bottle was going to be damp, but the associate was so annoyed that I brought in a damp bottle instead of a dry one. She even made a point to say "it's wet!". It started off with me coming into the outlet and having not a single staff to attend to me. The shop was not busy and there was only another couple with me there. The couple infact was merely browsing through the stuff with no intention to buy (super obvious and they did not even ask for any assistance and was having their own conversation) but this associate stood behind them, extremely keen to serve them. Then you have me, walking around the shop until I went to the counter looking for someone to attend to me because I genuinely wanted to purchase some items and leave! But no the associate ignored me and continued waiting behind the couple! When I approached her she refused to talk to me or assist me, instead she yelled out for her colleague who then came out from their store room or godknowswhere!! I should have been warned and read the previous reviews because its true on how they judge you on your appearance, outlook, and even race perhaps? This ill-trained uneducated sales associates do not reflect the brand at all. I have been buying loccitane for years but never to be treated so rubbish except from this particular outlet. They look like they've been dropped out from some chinese-ed academy or centre with no proper experience on customer service. How are these people even hired to serve customers with zero people or communication skills? Whoever is supervising or managing this outlet, please look into this. Read moreLast week Thursday i brought some recycle stuff over to loccitane The Gardens, the staff (if not mistaken, her name is Jane, with long hair) sounds irritated to handle customers who came to support the recycle programme, when new customer came to the store, she even said very loudly asking her other colleagues, who is helping up to handle customers that waiting to recycle, to handle the "customers" first, sounds like those customers that came in for recycling is just a burden. When im done, i saw her just seated there playing her phone but not helping her colleagues. It has really given me a very bad feeling like we should not be supporting the recycle programme of loccitane, but only burden your staff to handle these customers who really wanted to support recycling. Since loccitane having this recycle programme, please do it right and train your staff to welcome all kinds of customers and not having prejudice that we are there to give them extra work and collect the free gift. I understand there's a crowd during weekend but I'm actually here to recycle my bottles and thinking to buy my usual shea butter lotion but instead being brushed off. Wasn't sure that I did not dress up with make up & heels. They treated me differently. Surely I came first they got my name and I asked about my points they straight away gave me samples & go on to serve the other customers couldn't even got the time to talked to her and she hops off too quickly. Truthfully I wanted to accumulate my points for my next purchased, the other SA looked at me as 'why am I still there bcs I got my samples gifts' ...... I didn't want the samples instead I wanted to accumulated my points. In the end I waited 10mins for the SA and she said the points will replenish within the same day and didn't even bothered saying thank you. Please don't judge anyone by their looks and service here at The Gardens definitely need improvement if not I would better off to...
