Little Playhouse Preschool and Childcare Centre @KL SENTRAL — Attraction in Kuala Lumpur

I’ve sent my kids to this place since 2018, but I can only vouch especially these later years about this school because I actually hear it from my own kids how truly happy and their hearts are full each time they came home from school.

The kids would tell me stories as if their friends and teachers were a family to them (for example, my elder one would tell me my teacher is going back to her hometown this weekend, or that my friend is going to have baby brother soon), and honestly even though these sound small but that’s the most important to me; taking the time to have real conversations with the kids. 🥰 The syllabus is clear, we know exactly what our kids are learning at the moment (especially after 4 year old. For younger ages they have programs and parents-teachers meeting twice a year, but no exams just a report from their observations. The reports are also very thorough because they limit the amount of kids every staff is handling, to ensure each kid is well taken care of). I am very happy with the progress my kids have made so far in the school. The staffs send regularly daily activities in a form of videos or photos in an app They put so much heart to prepare celebrations (they prepare their backdrops in which the kids feel special) for each month’s birthday and seasonal celebrations like Raya, Deepavali, CNY, Christmas, even Halloween. They have catering in the school, I suppose it’s not a super lavish kind of food but it’s really decent and my kids have never complained about it. There are more but these are the most important points in my opinion.

I needed last minute arrangement for my 2 year old and contacted several daycare services throughout KL. Little Playhouse KL Sentral was the most responsive and easy to deal with. The brochure and daily schedule was very informative. Pricing was also transparent and easily understood. They offer amazing discounts this month, along with further discounts for quarterly in advance payments. The Manager was detailed in terms of explaining registration process. Unfortunately, the opening for 2 year old was full and next intake was in October, however they offered several solutions:

My child to be placed in 3 year old class in the following week until October, when 2 year old intakes starts

My child to be transferred to KL Eco City branch where there is immediate vacancy, and subsequently transferred to KL Sentral branch in October

Really appreciated the Manager's kind attempts to solve my scheduling issues, it went above and beyond standard level of service. Highly professional staff, with added personal touch as a bonus. During the tour of the facilities, it was spotless, spacious, and security-driven (stringent COVID rules, bird's eye cctv monitoring). The teachers are nurturing, patient, and highly skilled, creating a warm and engaging environment where children feel encouraged to explore and grow.
