Buddhist temple which has in the past produced some notable Buddhist leaders who are currently actively involved in the sharing of the Dhamma. This temple besides the normal religious activities, also have monks to conduct house, marriage, wellbeing, exam blessings etc.
Actively doing charity work like looking after the welfare of the poor and needy, visiting the old folks homes to provide them with some companionship besides sharing seasonal goodies during the Chinese New Year, Dragon Boat Festival, Moon cake Festival, Winter Solstice, providing assistance to the old and needy as well as cancer patients etc. Not forgetting regular distribution of cooked food, cakes, fruits, bread including face masks (during the Covid era)
They have also organised Blood donation campaigns in joint collaboration with the Melaka Blood Bank. Health talks for the benefit of the public to educate them on cancer and oral health were also carried out as part of their community service to have a healthier society.
Their kindergarten also have dedicated teachers who strive to ensure that the students are well prepared before they enter into their respective primary schools.
