Here you go, the staff who does not know how to treat customers- or to a person in general with basic manners
Pretty sure you’ve seen tons of negative reviews about your themepark especially revolving the terrible service of the staff, but I would like to specifically point out the malay female staff who was working at the kids playland area, who was extremely rude to us & another group of girls for no reason.
My friend & I weren’t informed about the kids playland being opened to kids only, and we just entered as no one was assisting / alarming us. We climbed up to the police office area, and that lady just appeared and yelled “How old are you” and just stared at us with a pissed off face. I did not reply anything on the spot because I couldn’t bother to waste time talking to her, but honestly, what in the world? Afterwards too, even after all of us had gone down to the centre court, she was constantly side eyeing us whenever we had to pass by that area.
If the whole playland is only for kids, then why aren’t you at the entrance ensuring that there’s only kids entering? Instead of slacking around leaving that whole entrance unattended.
If you had so much free time, why not organise the messy toys on the floor at the kitchen area when children can easily trip over and fall?
Was it really hard to just remind “This area is only for kids” nicely instead of just shouting how old are you?? Honestly I should be asking her that question because why couldn’t you just let it go afterwards instead of constantly showing your annoyed face & side eyeing your customers?
The signs aren’t even visible at the entrance. Putting A4 sized signs on two walls facing the side and not the entrance will NOT WORK.
If your mood is affecting your work that much, take a break? Instead of putting all of that anger on visitors you see?
I have attached a photo of her for your reference. As you can tell from her facial expression already, that was how she was treating us. Yes I said nothing on the spot, but I believe I am the customer here, I paid to enjoy, not to get pissed off by an immature person inside the park. For your information we went on a weekday, Tuesday around 5:30pm. The whole park wasn’t crowded at all so all the staffs had one job- keep their eyes on few customers, but this lady failed to do so, and failed to respect customers
to summarise STAFF ATTITUDE TERRIBLE, except the staffs at ticket counter & customer service area SAFETY OF PLAY AREA is fine except the Ninja Challenge, for the wall climbing one I think there should at least be a safety rope attached. Extremely easy to get scrapes and injury Variety of games is...

The Ninja net area smells of stinky feet. It's very very unpleasant. My kids are aged below 12 and needed a guardian to accompany them into the maze. I went in and I felt so grossed out by every surface. After coming out, I went to the bathroom (which was also VERY smelly) and used heaps of soap to wash and the smell stayed for a long long time. I asked to speak with the manager, he said they are AWARE of this issue and have been trying to get professional help to come in to clean/change the materials used.
I told him that if the place stinks like that, it probably isn't very hygienic as well. Should they really be opened to the public if this smell issue is not resolved? The manager doesn't seem to have NO urgency or concern around hygiene and repeated that they are looking into solutions to resolve the stench.
There are a lot of other similar indoor playgrounds now in KL, and if you're reading this and planning to visit NextGen, I'd advise you STAY AWAY until they take their hygiene standards seriously. There are a lot of reviews here on Google for them because they give patrons 12 arcade tokens for every review. So be ware! I am surprised the health authorities have not shut them down yet.
I had a great time here a year ago, enough for a return this year. But today's experience was just very gross. 🤮🤮🤮
And to the owner of this place, please, you can't operate a business like that. Try going into the Ninja area yourself and understand...
