We had a wonderful 4 day stay. The hotel itself is gorgeous and the bar restaurant is good (but there’s a lot of competition in the neighborhood for excellent food). Safe, elegant neighborhood with quirky shops and an abundance of street art. Beautiful parks! Getting around by foot is easy and safe. And Uber is CHEAP and easy for places further away. Traffic can be awful during rush hour tho. What really made this place special was the service. Waiter Rene, front desk Edgar, and manager Charley went above and beyond to make us feel at home and were so gracious. Truly a special place to stay. They offered a free 25 min “welcome” massage in their spa. It included a steam and the spa was professional and comforting. Can recommend if you’re looking for professional spa services. The “continental” breakfast was way better than it needed to be! And the welcome cocktail when we checked in was delicious. Room itself was very comfortable with excellent linens and a dreamy shower. The only thing that some might have a hard time with is not all the rooms have windows to the outside. Coming from NYC travels, this wasn’t a big deal to us but if it is for you, ask to have a window room. Overall, this made us want to return to CdMX soon and would love to stay here again!

Great location and fantastic, very friendly staff. However… The value for money at Brick is a catastrophe. The hotel looks great from the outside and pretty normal / uninspirational / what you see anywhere from the public areas inside. Most importantly, however: the place is not well maintained. Everything seems used, a bit old, a bit broken, a bit dirty. We stayed in a deluxe room with balcony (the room category below does not have windows, which is outrageous…) The shower is small and super simple. They have a rooftop, but it’s furnished with very cheap chairs and tables. They have a spa, but it’s also super simple. Would not go again - for that price tag you can spend your tome at 10x better places. See pics for reference.

Located in a high-end safe location “la Roma “ this hotel was everything we dreamed of for our 20th anniversary, the whole team was super attentive, cordial, and focus on making you feel special and important. Miguel helped make reservations for top Restaurants and gave us great suggestions, Jose Luis help us from the beginning, top-notch customer service. The rooms were clean and spacious and we had the rooftop where I was able to enjoy bubbles! Thank you to the whole team for making our visit/celebration very special we can not wait to come back and stay with you guys again!

Fantastic boutique hotel perfectly located in the stylish Roma Norte. First class service and high tech rooms with great views onto the street. Included breakfast is okay, nothing special. Service is top class and you feel like you are staying in a very special hotel. Complimentary cocktail was a nice touch. Lights set up in rooms is a bit different to understand but very innovative. Probably the best room service food I have ever had. Chicken slider and fries were absolutely delicious. Hotel is not cheap but if I could afford I would definitely stay here again.
