We had a wonderful 4 day stay. The hotel itself is gorgeous and the bar restaurant is good (but there’s a lot of competition in the neighborhood for excellent food). Safe, elegant neighborhood with quirky shops and an abundance of street art. Beautiful parks! Getting around by foot is easy and safe. And Uber is CHEAP and easy for places further away. Traffic can be awful during rush hour tho.

What really made this place special was the service. Waiter Rene, front desk Edgar, and manager Charley went above and beyond to make us feel at home and were so gracious. Truly a special place to stay.

They offered a free 25 min “welcome” massage in their spa. It included a steam and the spa was professional and comforting. Can recommend if you’re looking for professional spa services. The “continental” breakfast was way better than it needed to be! And the welcome cocktail when we checked in was delicious.

Room itself was very comfortable with excellent linens and a dreamy shower. The only thing that some might have a hard time with is not all the rooms have windows to the outside. Coming from NYC travels, this wasn’t a big deal to us but if it is for you, ask to have a window room.

Overall, this made us want to return to CdMX soon and would love to stay here again!
