I had a terrible experience. I came here for a lash lift, I’ve gotten one before. It is uncomfortable and I knew that because your lashes are glued up for a long period of time and you have to maintain your eyes closed. Again, this I already know I don’t have issues what that. However the entire time I had my eyes closed which is a good hour. I complained that my eye was stinging, the girl who was taking care of me took care of it but then after that the entire time I was hearing laughter. I couldn’t tell if it was at me and I tried not to assume that and I just ignored it. Then towards the end of my appointment the laughter was stronger. Keep in mind the studio is pretty small and I was the only one in there being serviced. After I was finally able to open my eyes I headed over to pay and there was 3 girls in the front who laughed right at my face. I assume that the laughter was about me the entire time, it is incredibly rude and nasty behavior. I really like the staff and the atmosphere but the only thing that made me concerned with my visits is that every time I get microneedling the strength at which they administer it varies drastically by who is administering it.
