Plaza Residences — Attraction in Mexico City

I didn’t get a chance to stay there and I’m glad I didn’t. The 1st day I booked it through Expedia he called me very rude and demanding a payment if not he was going to cancel my reservation that same day. I paid a month ahead of time, 2 weeks before our vacation my pregnant wife caught COVID so we canceled our trip and tried to cancel directly with the person that took the payment, he simply didn’t care or showed any emotions he actually got bothered and said either you show up or loose your money. Day of booking he calls very rude and says if I don’t show up that night he was going to cancel. I tried to send a family member to stay but he said no. Due to he’s nasty low class attitude I reported him with Expedia and instead of him apologizing or reflecting he immediately called me through what’s app and starting cursing me out with some nasty words! This guy shouldn’t be working there, very unprofessional and by seeing other negative reviews I’m sure it’s the same...

Muy mala experiencia que tuve con una persona que se llama GERARDO OLVERA, reserve a través de booking y a unas horas del check in me menciona que hubo un corto de luz y que no me va poder recibir y me reubico a un hotel de 3 estrellas que esta enfrente, nada que ver con lo que yo había reservado y pagado desde que realice la reservación, le pedi que me devolviera la diferencia y se molesto de inicio, después de 2 días de estarle llamando y pedirle que me pagara al final lo hizo. Después leí comentarios que había aplicado lo mismo a otra persona y la razón es que lo renta más caro a otras personas y a ti te reubica a un hotel de 3 estrellas!! ES UN FRAUDE!!!
