I recently had the pleasure of dining at Tok's in Mexico City with my family, and it turned out to be a truly delightful experience. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed into the restaurant's vibrant atmosphere.

Our initial interaction with the waiter, unfortunately, started off on a slightly disappointing note. We wanted to exchange an item from our order but were initially refused by our first waiter. However, to our pleasant surprise, the main waiter, who noticed our predicament, promptly intervened and not only facilitated the exchange but also went above and beyond to ensure that we were well taken care of throughout our meal.

Once the main waiter took over, the service became exemplary. He was attentive, considerate, and genuinely invested in making our dining experience enjoyable.
