❌🤢🤢🤮🤮😮😲❌ This place is a scam. Tulum Tulum : Mordida paradise.

We rented throw Airbnb. We booked a room for 3 persons. Only 2 breakfasts were included. Vanessa, the renter, explained us that it was clearly righten is the small text and the end of the page you know ? She was right. That kind of practice is clearly bordel line and what we call a scam 😊 It’s not because it’s righten that it’s right. First time I see this in my life.

The service at this entrance lobby is quite dumb/deaf. Not effort or whatsoever to actually solve the problem and get us what we payed for. It looks like a high end value hotel from the outside but it is absolutely not. Plenty of other places to go. This place is absolutely not professional, welcoming, etc. Don’t make you feel in holidays at all. Also, it it true that the room is sold for 4 persons but as some others said on the comment section, the sofa is super bad. So you basically pay for 4 persons for a 2 persons appartement.

Also, They let you know you have a concierge if you need any help. Useless he is. 😂Responds to you after the problem has been solved, by yourself 😂On our first night, our neighbours partied like SUPER HARD from 3 to 7 AM. The security didn’t move a finger, our “concierge” as well, and no one at the lobby. Go somewhere else, trust me. We call that a “Gringos scam” haha

Oh also. Don’t trust the pictures of the pool on the roof. The “view”, if we can call it that way, is the ugliest I have ever seen. Juste take a look 😂, (my pictures are actually real, you can see the comparison with the pictures on Airbnb on the contrary of theirs, super nice view of a parking 🤢🤮).

Ohh also. They rent bikes. Yes they do ! But their price is actually higher than elsewhere and they are super bad, flat wheels, and no possibilities to pump...

Just a bunch of scammers that decided to build up a hotel and fool scummiest. Initially booked a luxury two bedroom (which btw looked far from what it looks like in the pics do not be deceived!) flat for 4 adults. They gave us a small 1 bedroom instead for some unexplained reason. One couple had to take the dirty coach… there was no handwashing soap, two towels between 4 people, they had this weird sheet saying that we’d get charged if we use Ac for too long, leave lights on, use the toaster. They had cut out electricity from the fridge so we didn’t have cold water for 3 nights… staff were absolutely unresponsive when a concern was raised. Their weird main form of communication was through WhatsApp group through random people we have not met before. We had agreed on 50% reimbursement but i have only got 30% refunded. The corridors stank of weed, loud heavy music blasting out till 7am, inconsiderate loud people shouting like lunatics in the corridors. My friends got stuck in the lift for 40mins and no one came to help them out so they had to break out by themselves (more distressing than it actually sounds). Absolutely scammy...

Check-in is a mess. They have ONE women who has to take people to their rooms (as if they can't find it themselves) so you have to wait in line, we waited 30 minutes - last thing you want to do after travelling.

Rooms are misleading, they don't look like the images online. The private pool is up a steep set of stairs, doesn't feel like part of the room and has an ugly view. Bad security - you can't even lock the door that leads from your room to the terrace with private pool, so anyone could just jump their terrace onto yours and let themselves in. The security safe was already locked moving in and it didn't get opened during our 3 day stay despite multiple asks.

Any issues raised you're given a WhatsApp number for someone who isn't onsite and mostly unresponsive, pray something doesn't go wrong or you're screwed.

Food at the hotel is more expensive than EU/US prices for lesser quality.

Location is bad because it's right next to a big Walmart-like shop where the taxi rank always has a queue so not only do the taxi drivers overcharge by 30-50% but you always have to wait inline with people who just did their...
