Boston’s Pizza Tulum — Restaurant in Quintana Roo

During our time living in Tulum we came here a few times and never had a bad experience. Some food was great while other items wete decent but never awful.

If youre looking for a place to watch sports, this is the spot. Glad they had american football coverage to watch the games. They also have most other major sports coverage shown on TV. Kids playground is a great addition to keep them entertained while parents watch sports or socialize. Servers were always nice. Did get our order wrong a couple of times and then had to do a back and forth with receipt fixing the item but they were apologetic and eventuallybgot it fixed. This place definitely has a familiar feel about it if your from Canada or the U.S.A.

Pizzas were good. Not Italy good but good for a chain restaurant. The mini taster trio of pizzas is probably the only thing i wouldn't recommend. We got this to sample a few of the specialty pizzas that sounded good so we would no which to order next time but they were so small that it was hard put a decent amount of the ingredients on it to get the full taste profile of the pizza.

Pepperoni specialty pizza with multiple types of pepperoni was our favorite. Our daughter loved the chicken Alfredo pasta. Pepperoni feta thin crust was good too but not very filling so probably good for 1 person. Drink specials vary by day.

I live across the street from Boston. This is the 3rd time I have ordered a carry out pizza and the ABSULTLY THE WORST pizza and customer service EVER. I ordered, paid and informed the staff I would go to the bar to have a beer. I was told my pizza would be ready in 20 minutes. And yes, you were not busy. It took an hour before someone approached me. I paid for my beer which was 80 pesos. I put down a 500 pesos bill. The bartender took it and walked away. WHAT THE HELL. the amount of tip I leave is up to me not your bar staff. I had to get him to give my my change. When I picked up the pizza I asked to speak to the manager. All of a sudden NO ONE SPOKE ENGLISH. When I ordered the pizza, englisg was spoken. YOUR STAFF AND SERVICE IS LITTLE TO BE DESIRED. You may be close bur will never use you again. Mangler pizza is 30 minutes away. Worth the walk. Their customer service is what it should be. I PAID TOO MUCH MONEY FOR NOTHING YOU NEED...

I have lived in Mexico for 15 years, and was so happy when I heard Boston Pizza was going to be in Tulum. The food quality compare to playa del Carmen is not the same, the cleanliness is less to be desired the restaurant is dirty, bathrooms filthy with no toilet paper and at times no water to flush or even wash your hands the restaurant has really decline in both service, professionalism and cleanliness. One of the girl at the reception Genesis slam the door in my face when I arrived at the restaurant, no acknowledgment nothing it was as if I was disturbing her. They are many nicer and respectful places in tulum where the place is clean and where customers are a valued. Boston tulum not a...
