Città Bloc - Mt Eden — Attraction in Albert-Eden

Went here for a quick bite to eat and a coffee while out shopping with a friend in the Citta store on a Sunday. I found the food to be overpriced and quite mean on ingredients. But the worst part was the coffee that not only tasted bitter but arrived luke warm. I asked the barista if he could perhaps make another as it wasn’t hot enough he looked annoyed and then took another 10 mins before anything else happened. There was no apology nothing and to my disbelief instead of making a fresh coffee he returned my original which had just been heated up in the microwave to pipping hot. This is not good customer service at all and I shall not be returning to this cafe again. Terrible service, and bad quality product

Bought the black leather cross-body bag, and within two months the strap had broken. That was fine, these things happen - took bag back to the shop to get a replacement. The staff member (pretty sure it was the manager, as another staff member went and got her to deal with my issue) was rude, cold, and non-apologetic, although she did agree to give me a replacement bag. I got an identical replacement bag, and within three months the lining had come away from the bag. Went in to collect something via click and collect, the desk downstairs, just stared as I approached to ask for my order, no “Hi”, or “how can I help” until I initiated the greeting, this happened both times I went to pick something up.
