Couldn't find any parking at Paradise and decided to head home. On the way, my 8 year old son saw the sign and asked me to check the shop out as we were all very hungry and I could not be bothered making food as it was late. Once at the shop and after the initial communication struggles ( the person at the counter did not seem to hear very well while I was speaking through my mask), we ordered a paneer kadai masala dish and a single chicken biryani. I then asked the person how spicy the biryani was and he said it was medium and I then ordered a $30 biryani pack as my sons who love biryani, also wanted some. Once we got home and I tasted a piece of the paneer, I was very disappointed as it tasted very stale and was very rubbery. I opened the biryani and it looked extremely spicy and there were quite a few whole green chillies in the container. Both my sons and I eat spicy food and are regular biryani eaters from Paradise.
As we were all extremely hungry, I took my first morsel of the biryani and could not believe how hot it was. I thought maybe, if I took a morsel from the rest of the plate, the taste may be more subtle, but unfortunately the whole dish was extremely and excessively hot to the point that it was inedible and we had no choice but to throw the whole dish out. It was more like chilli biryani than anything else. Not only was this a huge waste of money, but an unnecessary inconvenience as I had asked about the level of spice in the dish at the time of purchase. Very...
Read moreWe ordered Chicken 65 Dum Biryani - I must say it is one of the most dry biryani and there is nothing about Dum in it. When Biryani is cooked through Dum you can feel the taste - this was nothing like that. The chicken pieces were so hard & dry. The Biryani looked like they have just mixed rice with Chicken 65 curry. Totally disappointed. We also bought Garlic Chicken which for some reason was sweet no Garlic flavour & Fire Chicken - it is supposed to be Hot but it was mild - just looked too red probably because of colour. The chicken in both curries was so dry & hard. The management needs to change the chef or the thinking that the consumer doesn't know what they are eating. The main disappointment was the Biryani. We wanted to try another place instead of Paradise but totally disappointment with the quality & taste. We took family pack which has pretty much gone waste. We hope someone really starts genuine Biryani place to give a competiion to Paradise who too are not doing great when it comes to service. This Top in Town Biryani House is NO BIRYANI HOUSE - and don't go by name . This review is not to put their business down but just to let them know that the product they are serving is inferior & don't take customers for granted. Hope they take the feedback positively...
Read moreFeed the quench of taste, Highly Recommend !!! If you love the flavors and taste of food. TOP IN TOWN Biryani House is just the right place to be. The food was Succulent, mouthwatering and toothsome . It was a birthday at our place, we first discussed and decided to take Jumbo Pack, but as soon we reach there my husband change his mind and he didn’t want to have Biryani. so, they allowed us to taste dishes . They have great customer service with helpful staff and smile on the face. Excellent service by Mr. Abdul, the manager was very cooperative and suggested us with different combination. It was very hard to decide among the starters and curries.
We bought Mughlai Chicken, Malai Chicken, Mutton Biryani, Garlic Naan, we also did contactless delivery at my sister in laws place of the same. The Malai Chicken was so flavorful and succulent that we all were unable to take our hand off from it. Mughlai Chicken was just appetizing, even the Garlic Naan was full of garlic flavors. After a very long our family had awesome food. My sister-in-law and her family also loved the food, and she also asked me from where I got such palatable food. It’s been age to taste and eat...
