My husband told me that Bruno's has a 'Ladies' Hair Cut' service, so I went with him. Bruno's hairdresser expertly cut my hair. They are more skilled at cutting pixie cuts compared to women salons. I highly commend Mae, Front Desk, of Bruno's Baguio City. She's really consistent on acknowledging me as your loyal customer. She embodies everything that a front officer should have. From the beautiful smile to how courteous and professional she is. She deserves a raise, Bruno's if you're reading this. And Nelson too, he's the best barber in town. I| travel for almost an hour just to so Nelson can cut my hair. He deserve's a raise too!! Salary raise.

I was your client on your free day was on December 9, I just want to commend on your staff named Ms.Mae pero tinatawag Ng mga barber na Mommy😊,I was surprised how she handle and connect to the client,.how she play and handle with the kid client,and entertaining client,I was shocked because she know most of your regular client with a warm welcome smile,Humble,and she showing hospitality in each client.She is so pro active,She shows she's never get tired,very jolly girl, offering black coffee in each waiting client,It was professionalism indeed! I took my 10-year-old son to get a haircut at Bruno’s Barbers, SM Baguio. It wasn’t until we got home that I noticed he had two cuts on his head. I'm not sure if any first aid was applied, and more importantly, no one informed us about the incident.
