A Truly Exceptional Experience A Place That Deserves More Than Five Stars!
I don’t usually take the time to write lengthy reviews, but after my experience here, I felt it was only right to share just how incredible this place truly is. From the moment I arrived, I was genuinely impressed by the overall atmosphere, level of service, and attention to detail. Everything about this place from its welcoming environment to the professional staff exceeded my highest expectations.
The first thing that stood out to me was how immaculate and well-maintained the premises were. Every corner of the place was spotless, organized, and designed with such care that it immediately made me feel relaxed and comfortable. You can tell that cleanliness and presentation are a top priority here, which is something I highly value, especially in today’s time.
Equally impressive was the professionalism of the staff. Every single member of the team was warm, friendly, and attentive without ever being intrusive. They made me feel valued as a guest, answering all my questions with genuine care and providing assistance whenever I needed it. It’s not every day you encounter a place where the staff treats you with such respect and kindness this alone made the experience unforgettable.
The environment itself is truly calming. Whether you’re here to unwind, have fun, or simply spend quality time, the ambiance is perfect. It’s peaceful, inviting, and offers just the right balance of sophistication and comfort. I especially appreciated how much thought was put into creating a cozy and relaxing settin everything from the design to the lighting and even the background music contributed to the pleasant atmosphere.
What’s more, the facilities were top-notch. Every amenity was modern, well-maintained, and operated flawlessly. I never once felt inconvenienced, and everything I needed was easily accessible. It’s clear that great effort was invested in providing the best possible experience for every guest.
One of the most important things to me when visiting a new place is consistency, and I’m happy to say this place delivered a five-star experience from beginning to end. There were no disappointments, no waiting around, no frustrations only smooth, high-quality service and a welcoming environment that made me feel right at home.
To sum it all up, this place deserves nothing less than perfect ratings. Whether you are coming here for relaxation, leisure, or a special occasion, I can confidently say you will be thoroughly satisfied. I will absolutely be returning, and I have already recommended this place to several friends and family members.
In today’s world, it’s rare to come across a place that gets everything right, but this is one of those rare gems. If I could give it more than five stars, I absolutely would. An unforgettable experience highly...
Read moreThe west wing of Festival Mall has really poor air-conditioning. As in, you won't be able to breathe -- no ventilation or whatsoever. You've built a huge structure without ensuring to have sufficient air-conditioning or at least proper air circulation?! How is this passing general protocols and inspections?!
On top of this, the bathroom on the 3F west wing near ACTS Community Church is closed every weekends (Saturdays-Sundays). The Festival Mall Operations said that the reason why it's closed is because it is EXCLUSIVELY RESERVED for ACTS Community Church. After deep diving further, this is a LIE.
The reason why it's closed on weekends is because of foot-traffic, whereas on weekdays, since the Bureau of Immigration and a health facility are open, the restroom on the 3F west wing beside ACTS Church is open.
If a tennant/customer wants to have that bathroom open, they need to pay 465/hour. But the tenants pay their monthly dues -- so Festival Mall is basically asking for more???
On top of the LIES and DECEIT of Festival Mall Operations, they DO NOT know how to handle clients/customers wherein they accept and admit fault -- they'd rather blame a tenant (in this case a church). WOW FESTIVAL. POINTING FINGERS TO A CHURCH! DISGUSTING.
Special shoutout to Ging/Gene of Operations Team for putting in the lie and huge failure to address customer/client complaints. I'm 100% sure that you will not survive in corporations with your poor...
Read moreOne can get lost in here, really. It's so huge and has several niches. Each area has a life (or none) of its own.
Go one way and you have that cosmopolitan vibe and go another for a more subdued low-profile feels -- tiangge, cafeteria-style eateries and typical food courts from the 80s. Several common areas are "hot" as expected, those with empty shops and stalls but we happen to have dined in a resto with a temp so bad we practically melted! My LO fussed and we had to leave real fast. The management or the waiting staff didn't mention any ac problems but one could really feel it.
Their retail space is expansive and has an excellent range.
Their Pixie Forest play area is not so magical anymore but it still captures lots of kiddie hearts and kid-at-heart patrons. It no longer has that old "log jam-like" roller coaster and the Fun House (Illusions) is closed. The indoor playground is so old and lacks maintenance I wouldn't suggest it for young tots. The Tom's World on its exterior is THE fun arcade to go for while in here.
Where the level of the Pixie Forest is are the children's shops like Carter's / Osk Kosh, Chicco, Mossimo Kids, Toys r' Us, etc.
I have to mention that their Restrooms are clean and neat despite the volume of mallers in a day. I used the one beside Coco near the Admin Office and the ine near Watson's. Several CR's are dedicated to customers only while a number of them are for mall employees...
