The place itself is awesome. Very close to Mall of Asia and relatively close to other places like Aseana City, NAIA aa well. SMDC Shore 3 Residences is a sure fit for everyone that's healthy and adventurous, but highly inadvisable for anyone that's medically challenged. Don't go anywhere near SMDC they are nothing better than cowboy builders intent only on getting your money, and bullying you all the way from signing up, to turnover of unit. That's if you are lucky enough to get turnover of your unit as most are turned over at least eighteen months, to two years late with no apology or compensation. Dishonest, corrupt and liars!
