Saturday, September 15th 2024 - blackjack table on the corner between the two cashiers.

I have spent a lot of time in casinos and I was completely appaled by the lack of professionalism at the blackjack table.

Visiting with my fiance, I got in speaking English. Dealer was surrounded by a lot of "regulars". The whole time I felt a weird vibe , super uncomfortable and surrounded by suspicious people that had no place around that table and not respecting boundaries. I felt like they were all in on it together.Table supervisor did nothing to create a good environment. As portuguese being my second language and minding my own business , I overhead literally the Dealer taking shit about the player that has just lost money and was heading to the ATM to get more. Negative comments were spewed and a constant staring contest literally making fun and bad talking the foreigner that was just minding his own business and trying to gamble. I got up and left.

Went to the roulette table. Total lack of gambling etiquette. Players jumping in and out, people constantly bumping into me running from one table to another, people literally jumping in front of me while I was trying to place bets. People throwing chips on the table and dealer swaping them with table chips in an improper timing. Keep in mind that I was literally steady gambling for about 10-15 minutes about 50 to 100$ a hand. People kept sneaking on behind me creating a super uncomfortable atmosphere. Always felt like someone was 2 inches from my pockets. Same behavior continued the whole time. People running from a table to another , getting their bets on and dealer completely overwhelmed. Table supervisor with a terrible attitude.

Random people jumping in front of my fiance last minute just to check the numbers and with a look of total desperation on their faces.

Trust me, save your time and go somewhere else.

You will leave there depleted and fueled by negative energy . This place has bad juju and I bet that if something bad would ever happen, it would be swept under the rug.

You will always feel like someone is observing you and trying to get you. Beyond sketchy.

Live performance was great. The lady checking us in and scanning our id's was beyond professional (super sweet) but after you pass those gates, damn... it feels like no man's land.

Bartender with a terrible attitude.

Bouncer laying on top of the ATM with another dubious individual. Had to literally say excuse me , so they can take some distance so I can withdraw money in peace.

One thing I am sure , I will be locking that card up and will never ever again step foot on that place.

I don't have anxiety but I left that place with it.

I'd like to specify that we only went to the top floor. Not sure how anything else...

This place is the biggest scam of that city, an absolute disgrace to what a fair casino experience should be. Most of the games feel blatantly rigged — and they don't even try to hide it. As soon as you start playing with higher amounts, the outcomes seem completely disconnected from any sense of randomness. It's obvious you're being manipulated the moment you step out of the casual-player zone.

The dealers are extremely rude and two-faced. Rather than maintaining any sense of professionalism, they seem to take pleasure in your losses, even laughing at you as you lose. On top of that, they expect tips — sometimes even pushing you or guilt-tripping you into giving them money, despite the miserable service.

It honestly feels like they’re just there to take your money, without even pretending to offer a fair game or experience.

The management is no better — unapproachable, glued to their phones, and constantly hovering with unpleasant glares, especially if you're on a winning streak. The atmosphere becomes tense and unfriendly very quickly.

Also worth noting: the general vibe from many people there is strange and uncomfortable. Some individuals who aren’t even playing hang around just watching, clearly unhappy to see others win. On several occasions, people asked me for money just because they were "sitting near me" and claimed they brought me luck. It’s honestly bizarre.

All in all, this casino left me with a very negative impression — predatory, hostile, and totally unwelcoming. Not recommended at all !!!!
