I travelled to Lisbon as a tourist and really wanted to try out the sexiest toilet in the world. As this item was on my to-do list, I paid the €4 entrance fee.

Excited about the experience, I was finally able to enter the toilet. But the excitement suddenly turned into great disappointment. They were just normal toilets just the lighting was colorful. Thats it!

A few seconds later, my disappointment turned to disgust as I saw a cockroach cowering in the corner of the toilet. Unbelievable, I've just paid €4 to spend 2 minutes in the toilet with a "sexy" cockroach!

Furthermore there was not even soap to wash my hands afterwards. Thanks for this traumatic...

Visited this place today (6th September 2024), the girl where you pay wasn't interested at all, she was too busy flirting with a young man who I assume works there also. Paid 4 Euros to use the toilet, I was expecting something good to happen. Nothing did. Apparently you can collect a colourful toilet roll, but the girl there didn't explain this. Again, too busy flirting. Customer service is a zero out of 10. If she would have taken time to acknowledge me and tell me what I needed to do (get a toilet roll to keep) then then I would have given a 5 star rating. 4€ for a toilet is expensive, we know, but out of desperation we did - well, at least would be a cool toilet, right? Nah, just a colorful toilet, cleanliness is meh, the sensor of the sinks is very crappy, and from all toilet papers you can choose, you can’t choose the black one, despite the fact they are the last one in every dispenser of the other color. “They are the last one therefore its clear you can’t have them”, this was the response.
