I've been here for a few times for concerts or just for a night out with friends. It's a great place for concerts because the sound is great and you are really close to the stage wherever you choose to stay and it's a more personal experience. There are events almost all the times, but they have separated rooms, so, if you don't want to attend the event or you need a quiter room, you have a place to stay. They also have a special place for smokers in the garden which is heaten during winter.

1 of the top 3 clubs in Bucharest according to my Romanian D.J. Friend John Wolf and it didn't disappoint. 2 different rooms with distinct music's playing, very chilled vibe and half price cocktails on Tuesdays too. Nice outside garden that got busier than the dance floor at times, had a lot of fun and loved the music.

I got here to a concert for the first time. Nice vibe on the terrace despite it was not a weekend day, even it's bad weather you can still enjoy outdoor terrace. Good drinks and nice people. I will come back more often. LE: 30 lei entrance tax on the terrace is a shame... never come back again

Motivul??? SH? In 2024? Vorbe venite de la un om de 45+? Really? Asta promovezi tu in locatia ta?

First of all, Control is 4 places into 1:

There is a great terrace pleasant in the summer and heated in the winter. Than there is a bar / pub. And is a dance / performance club. And upstairs (same management) is a very good eatery .

In my humble opinion best dance club + pub in Bucharest. Great terrace, 2 separate dance rooms, the owners are doing a good job bringing an eclectic mix of bands, artists or DJ's. Even on weekday evenings the resident DJ's are playing a nice mix of house-acid-techno-disco.

Perfect sound system, parties lasts until morning, 3 bars, good drinks selection, awesome bartenders, beer 2 euro, long drinks 4 euro.

Smart setup, friendly staff (Hello Mimi! :) , hipster / smart people / artists / corporate slaves / expats / foreign visitors type of crowd, very lively, sometimes crowded, especially in weekends and on Tuesdays*. Gay friendly.

Tip 1: Tuesdays is all drinks half price from 10PM onwards. Lots and lots of alcohool consumed on tuesdays :)

Tip 2: Upstairs is Alt-Shift, a very good...

The location of the venue is very good, in Bucharest Town Centre, near Piata Universitatii, right across Cercul Militar National. The fact that the club has two rooms with different genres of music makes Control a diverse location for a night out. A very good thing about the venue is the large terrace where you have a bar, tables, benches and there and there is a nice vibe outside for smoking. The drinks menu is diverse and in my opinion fairly affordable. During my visit we had to pay 20 RON, aprox 4 euros for the cover fee. The music in room no. 1 was mix of all genres with rnb, latino, romanian, oriental hits, kind of a nostalgia I would say. The music in room 2 was mix of tech-house, minimal and deep. the toilets were too small for such a large venue. Especially for ladies was awful, with 15-20 minutes lines. I recommend Control Club for a group of students or youngsters, not so much for 30+ persons. Main advantage is the location close to Piata Universitatii, close to subway...
