Buy at your own risk because staff don’t know what the definition of electrical items are. Nor do they try telling customers exchange isn’t possible in advance. Bought a condenser mic on 26 Dec 2023. That night I found out it doesn’t work because the wire was broken. Only had time to come down with the item again on 16 Jan 2024.
Brought the receipt and it back in original packaging with bubble wrap in the box and explained the broken wire. The Indian cashier and Chinese staff(named Susan) said it doesn’t count for cash converter’s 30 day exchange for electrical items because it’s “not like a keyboard” and that i should’ve come back in 3 days for it. I told them that an XLR cable goes into a power source, just like a keyboard is plugged by USB into a computer. But they insisted it wasn’t and I didn’t want to waste time arguing.
I like visiting cash converters, and fortunately the mic was only $8, but I’m still extremely upset. Even if it doesn’t follow your unexplained terms and conditions, avoid outright saying otherwise. Show some sympathy/understanding to the customer please it helps lessen their frustration.

and rejecting bags that you claim has a smell in them will deter ladies customers from buying them. So how do you explain bags that are currently in your store waiting for people to buy then? Many of your bags in store are in pretty much bad shape though? Most were cracked, dont get me started on the smell too. So, before rejecting items, please do your due diligence and PRACTICE WHAT YOU PREACH because neither of the items sold in your store was in perfect condition either.
In all honesty, people go to your store to sell what is not needed anymore. You are not some 'high-end luxury' store that people should come in with bags or items that are in top notch condition. Best believe that if you sold an item today, it will take month & years for people to come & purchase. dont get me started on your staff(guy) on the right side of the counter who apparently seems to cant take the bags out from the dust bag on his own.
