One and done. I had the Pizza Carbonara Tartufata and it was honestly one of, if not, the worst pizzas I've had. It was incredibly soggy. I couldn't tell if the dough was cooked all the way through or if there was so much oil/liquid on the pizza that it made the dough wet. I say liquid because it didn't seem to have the texture of oil.

I believe the dark stuff you see on the pizza was an olive tapenade. It was just disgusting and I love olives. I literally removed it from the pizza to be able to find the pizza edible.

I sat outside and the moment I ordered I asked for the check because I was in a hurry. The check was never brought and, in fact, the server never came back. After finishing eating, I waited and just ended up walking inside to get the check and pay. They added 10% to the PIZZA for eating outside. It's not a separate itemized charge and ridiculous that they charge that much to walk 5 meters.

My mistakes were 1. being in a rush and 2. not having eaten all day. If it weren't for 1 in particular, I would have sent the pizza back at minimum. Your mileage may differ, but I'd recommend if you choose this place, sit inside and don't order the...

Decided with a friend of mine to have a lunch (I'm Italian). We have asked for a suggestion to the waiter/owner, he replied saying that the best choice was a session of 3 appetizers and a plate of seafood spaghetti. We asked if that was too much expensive but he replied that was a great deal..... We got the appetizers, they were ok but really small portions. The we wait about 1 hour to get our plate of seafood spaghetti that was total average (you can easily replicate the same plate at home following a youtube receipt), techinically just spaghetti with a couple of mussels and clams. At the end the waiter made us notify that the other customers were leaving tips just to push us to leave a tip as well. At the end for all of this plus 3 small bottles of beer (33cl) we got a total bill of 88 euro for 2 persons .........

We had an amazing dining experience thanks to our wonderful waiter, Kristina! As a group of four people from different countries we all had different tastes, but Kristina made sure everyone felt right at home. What stood out most was how well she understood our Nepali friend’s love for spicy food—she recommended the perfect dishes with just the right level of heat, making the meal truly authentic and delicious. Her suggestions were spot-on, and she even checked to make sure the spice level was perfect!

But the biggest surprise? Kristina spoke all four of our languages—Nepali, Hindi, english and Spanish! She effortlessly switched between them, making each of us feel welcomed and comfortable. Her friendly personality and attentive service made the whole experience even better and made us feel like...

This is my second visit to Barcelona, and one of the main reasons we chose Spain was for the paella. We stumbled upon this restaurant purely by chance, as it was conveniently close to our hotel. The pizza was fantastic, and the paella—hands down the best we've ever had—was extraordinary. Having tried many restaurants before, I can confidently say this place tops them all. The tiramisu, a delightful homemade treat, is another must-try. With excellent service and a welcoming chef (whom I later discovered is the owner), I’d rate this restaurant five stars without hesitation. I truly hope to return in the future!

I visited Ristorante Mediterrani in Barcelona last Thursday and had a great experience. I ordered the Burrata pizza with Parma ham and a Sangria. The pizza was absolutely delicious! The Sangria was okay, nothing special but still enjoyable. The service was good - very friendly staff. The atmosphere was also very pleasant: clean and comfortable. I sat at one of the tables on the street, but it wasn’t noisy at all, which made for a relaxed dining experience. In terms of value for money, it was spot on. Overall, I can definitely recommend this place and would come back!
