El Corte Inglés — Attraction in Murcia

We ordered school books for our daughter on the 26th of June thinking that such a big important company would get them well before school started on the 9th of September. They emailed us in July to say that the order was there to be collected so we made a special journey to Murcia to collect the books. Once we got there they said that one book hadn't arrived and they couldn't give us the others as the order wasn't complete. They reordered the book at that time. No problem I thought. We went again last week as school was starting and no sign of the books. The lady said the book still hadn't arrived so she would order it again!!! We eventually got the books yesterday 11th of September after school had started. Next time I will go elsewhere as other people who ordered after us got their books before us and before school started. I'll never buy...

Martes 25 de Julio de 2023, MURCIA CAPITAL: entro a las 12:34p.m. a ÉL Corte Inglés de al lado del Starbucks para descansar un poco del calor de la calle tras volver de la Agencia Tributaria, y mientras miraba maravillado las enormes Smart TVs que tienen expuestas y en funcionamiento, un empleado de El Corte Inglés, me ha faltado al respeto al HUMILLARME personalmente.

Mientras hablaba con mi novia por teléfono usando auriculares, se me ha acercado para dirigirse a mí:

-Sí dígame.

+¿Todo bien caballero?

-Ah sí sí. Estoy hablando con mi novia nada más.

+Ah bien bien. Creía que era uno de esos que va pegando pegatinas.

Llevando una camiseta de Dragon Ball negra, unos pantalones cortos deportivos Domyos del Decathlon, y zapatillas deportivas Sketchers, no entiendo de ninguna manera que este maleducado e infame trabajador me haya podido identificar como "alguien que va pegando pegatinas" en los productos de El Corte Inglés. Me consta que en el Primark, la gente se comporta como auténticos maleducados tirándolo todo al suelo y dejando la gran superficie de la tienda hecha una porquería, pero tras más de 10 años comprando en El Corte Inglés, no he visto todavía a ningún indeseable, que vaya tratando mal los productos que se encuentran expuestos en cada lugar del centro.

Me parece tan grave esto que me acaba de pasar, que se he habían ocurrido 2 opciones: poner una hoja de reclamaciones, o hacer esta reseña. Con la 1ra, seguramente al abandonar las instalaciones hubieran roto la reclamación interpuesta por mí, así que mejor dejo constancia de la CARENCIA DE PROFESIONAL, FALTA DE EDUCACIÓN, Y AUSENCIA DE CIVISMO, de esta persona: Carlos, Promotor de productos de LG para El Corte Inglés de Gran...
