A long story , a bad experience! a slim girl with long black curly hair who was just really rude and unprofessional. I was standing near the entrance, in front of the Loewe section for women. I had already picked out the perfume I wanted, but I wanted to ask if there were other sizes available. I looked around and didn’t see anyone. Then I saw this girl appear from far away . I was actually happy to finally see someone, so I waved to get her attention. She walked over and very seriously told me I shouldn’t wave—that I should’ve walked over and told her I needed her help. I was kind of surprised, but I apologized right away. After I got the perfume I wanted . I asked if I could try another one that was placed up high. Instead of helping, she asked, “Do you want to buy it?” I hadn’t smelled it yet, To avoid bothering her more, I gave up to try and stuck with the first one. 3.The whole thing left a bad feeling , after taking a browsing , I went back to her and told her I really didn’t mean anything rude—I was just trying to get her attention. Then an employee (short girl with long black curly hair) came and told her that she must buy it now as it is not a tester. After several times of explanation that it was in a section of testers and that it was opened from before, she said it was okay and went away. Later on another older woman with brown hair and with super bad attitude came and forced us to purchase the product as she said she saw my friend trying it. To just don’t make a big deal of it my friend purchased it in the end. The product was cheap (about 2€ only). I understand that we can not test items that are not testers, because then they can not sell it forward, but this situation was different. We purchased several other more expensive products. And we are often purchasing from this store as we are clients. Today’s experience was horrific. I have never been in a store where arguing about an item that costs 2€ is more important than the whole experience. During the visit after the incident we felt followed by the whole staff and felt that they were gossiping about us. It is unacceptable and I’m highly disappointed by our visit in this store. Valencia’s people are the most friendly but most of the assistants in this store especially the one who said that she is a manager (apparently Sara) the blonde lady worked 26th July 2025 was just beyond unprofessional. First, she very aggressively told me not to film. I’m a blogger and wanted to share with my followers the products they offer. ESPECIALLY, because the selection doesn’t match what Google says. There is no clear understanding online what they have in store. Google said they have Danives, but they don’t. I wanted to show the products they have. Most people don’t even speak English. Seriously? On the Main Street of Valencia. How the tourists suppose to get assistance? So so rude, I’m shocked. Also, I’ve asked them to help me and check if other Druni stores have it, they said they are not connected. Which is strange for the chain, but the point is different: they were very unfriendly and clearly not willing to help.
