Very nice reception. But the online set up is a mess. Drop down list doesn’t work. The website jumps from one spot to another on the phone. Very disorienting design to make mistakes.

When entering there is a notice saying register online will cost 55CHF and on site cost 65CHF. But in reality the reception doesn’t do manual registration at all. So in the end you end up paying 65 still have to do it online yourself and have to wait in a queue all over again - this is in my point of view, same as a fraud.

Testing capacity is extremely under staffed. Waiting time is very long. Inefficient process, yet people working here are in general very friendly
