Mar 25 The hotel's location is idealโ€”central and convenient. For a boutique hotel, the gym is fantasticโ€”brand new, spotless, and well-equipped. Breakfast is good, and the chefs are both talented and incredibly welcoming. The free daily paper is also a nice touch.

Iโ€™d like to offer a few polite suggestions that could enhance the guest experience:

Gym: Providing bottled water and a yoga mat for stretching or core exercises would be a great addition. Pool Area: Towels should be available before 9:30 AM, and given the trees overhead, it would be helpful if sunbeds were cleaned of all the many bird droppings in the morning to save guests from having to do it themselves. Room: The beds are quite low, which may be challenging for less mobile guests. Additionally, while there are chairs on the patio, there is no proper seating inside whatsoever โ€”just a folding chair/mat thing again at floor level, this isnโ€™t ideal. A chair in the room would make a significant difference. Also, consider providing more than one bottle of water per day, as most hotels typically offer at least two per guest. Check-in: While the official check-in time is 2:00 PM, if a room is ready after the previous guest has checked out and housekeeping is complete, allowing early check-in (when possible) would be a nice gesture. After a long journey, guests would appreciate being able to settle in, shower, change etc rather than waiting in the 37 degree heat or having to find a cafรฉ. Oerhaps flex your strict process when practical? Noise: Understanding the local nature and environment, the persistent sound of your two barking tree frogs every 1.5 swconds was quite disruptive, particularly at the pool and potentially even more so for ground-floor rooms and guests - not sure how they were able to sleep. If feasible, relocating them could help improve the sleep quality of guests. The last 3 hotels all being near a river location had this same issue however it was resolved at all other hotels in hours of hearing them. Overall, these are small improvements that could make a big difference. I hope...

Came in on 17th, November and found out next morning that no showers, running water and even toilets with no water. Guests were/are (18th night) still using tub and tumbler to drain the excrements, imagine that. I found no tissue as well that is after I had used the toilet :-) now that is really awkward. Anyway, note on the door said City water supply is out and hence sorry for the inconvenience, no idea when water is going to return. I returned back to hostel on 18th evening (all sweaty and dirty) hoping to take a shower, no such luck. I confronted the guy who identified himself as Todo (spelling?) as a owner (who had been drinking beer at the time). He then confesses that hostels' water pump is burnt out. I expressed my extreme dissatisfaction and told him that they ought to care about their guests (even backpackers :-) and told him that this water situation is unacceptable. He then tells me stories pointing fingers at various things - plumber, pump, city. He informs me that hostel has made arrangements with other hostel to take shower. How am I suppose to know that?, I ask. He says, you have to ask. How about Tissue paper?, once again he blames it on a plumber. What tissue paper has got to with plumber is beyond me. It seemed like there was no rational response to anything I asked, it felt so hopeless and helpless at this point. A simple note on the door suggesting shower arrangement with another hostel would have sufficed. My fellow guests in the same room were equally puzzled and unhappy about the situation. What really got me was this Todo fellow exhibited threatening posture on my face and said "do you want to fight". I told him if he does not back off, I'm calling police. He immediately backed down. Other two girls were very reasonable and helped diffused the situation. After I returned to my room, a girl came up to my room and refunded the money. ...

I spent five days in a hotel here, so I know that the breakfast is normal but delicious. The service staff is bright and friendly. Outside the hotel, I mean outside the fish and pigeon room. cause dirt Every time you are in the room, there will always be a toilet smell from the bathroom. The food is very expensive for two people. I ate 1200 baht per meal and ordered two dishes. The employee sent the wrong menu. The laundry room is a small room at the back. When I do laundry, there is a timer set before the monks finish. When I arrived at the laundry room, my clothes were in a pile outside and dirty. I didn't understand why because I Set time before completion But enough to figure out that it probably should be. Other people's rooms were removed early in order to continue washing after me, which was not yet finished. The pool area is so small that tenants are crowding it. And there is smoking outside, everyone must smell the cigarette smell when going outside the room, so I have to stay in the room all the time. That's what I did during my stay at this hotel. Parking facilities are available. There isn't much parking, only three to four cars, which is not enough for guests while the hotel advertises that there is parking available. I have to worry when I go out for sightseeing and when I return because I fear that there will be no parking and that reversing my car poses a risk of accidents because it is next to a main road. Finally, what I didn't like was the smell of cigarettes outside the room and the smell of a warm toilet in the room all the time. I will say that it is not suitable for elderly people because the floor in the room with just a little water can be slippery and can cause accidents easily and is very dangerous. Even when I walk in wearing socks, it's still slippery, so I'd say it's...

Find a cozy hotel nearby and make it a full experience.

Even when I walk in wearing socks, it's still slippery, so I'd say it's very slippery.
