I never have been threatened by some one like the staff at the Big C Ratchadamri Brunch. I have been a customer for over 10 years and parked my motorcycle always in the same spot - but somehow on July 24th 2024 someone decided to argue and freighting for having parked the motorcycle in the wrong spot. Although I wanted to pay the fine, they surrounded me and start to arguing loosing time and insult in Thai language. I went to the office for resolve the question but they seems don’t care and I got frustrated, I took picture of the staff for a future complain but one of the lady (first in the picture with the Walkie-Talkie took the keys of my motorbike and run away. This would be embezzlement and should be punished legally.!! I went to report to the police, wasting more time , (was passed already 2 hours) and tell them the facts. When I returned to the Big C in Ratchadamri Brunch, there was another police officer with the employees namely: Piyapa Pathumanont Panita Sothamad Arfah Sau Nunchanun Phongsuwan Which gave the police officer another version of the occurred. More employees came out to support the five staff from the Big C including the lost and found Manger which was very very aggressive,(even if he didn’t know what was happening in details, and not listen my version). He was very arrogant and trying to be in physical contact with me. Finally, after 3 hours of discussion and frightening I paid my fine WITHOUT ANY RECEIPT and got back the motorbike keys.

A classic sample of poor employees educational and Company’s employment lack of training - which is rather focus on getting Chinese tourists busses to buy dry durian instead of center in customer service to loyal clients. PEOPLE AREN'T LOYAL TO YOU, THEY ARE LOYAL TO THEIR NEED OF YOU. ONCE THEIR NEEDS CHANGE, SO DOES THEIR LOYALTY. Hope in karma !
