Absolutely amazing 🤩 Staff: outstanding and super patient Ambience : superb, clean, private and spacious

My first time here and I had an absolute amazing time with my friend who is here from Canada! 🇨🇦

We literally couldn’t believe it we got there an hour before was able to soak in the onsen all the different types of baths did the cool temperature one as well and we also got the scrub which was unbelievably amazing I felt like I was having I didn’t want to come out! 💦💧💦💧💦

I love watermelon pineapple and fresh infused ice cold water to drink after you come out of the onsen !! 💦💦💦💦💦

Must must must get the scrub!!! ☺️

Hungry afterwards so we decided to have the lunch we couldn’t stop eating the food is fresh it’s crisp it’s creative and it’s very delicious! 😋 Check out my photos!! 🤩

Update: April 21 - so decided to take my relatives who are here from Canada to this place to experience the joy of going to a Japanese on Sunday and getting the scrub and we got a great deal on a website!

We got the one hour scrub like I did with my friend five months ago and then we also did the onsen it was an incredible time

I highly recommend you go here we also enjoyed the feast at their incredible café which makes really good food we got the rainbow rolls we got the lotus leave appetizers we also got the pomelo salad which was also extremely really good! And how can you go there and not try the watermelon with the salted fish! 🐠 it sounds weird I know but you gotta try it it’s amazing!

Another thing that’s very amazing is there their scents they have a really awesome scent line and all of their senses are so good depending on of course you’re all olfactory nerves that will appeal to the sense that they have put together very carefully crafted scents!!

A high-end organic spa that acts like one both price-wise and service-wise. Located in a shopping mall that no Thai people would loiter in; Pañpuri Organic Spa features its range of organic top-notch products with a very customer-orientated service style. The front ladies and therapist were very details in describing what each treatment and products are about, and always ask to make sure you're receiving the treatment exactly the way you'd like it. The receiving and sending-off were decent with the bills being the last thing they have you worry about.

The products are, without doubts, of high standards and qualities. For a person with sensitive skin; I found their products to be suitable for me and that they are made to be rather natural in terms of scents and texture. Nothing was too refined or smelled like chemical, certainly did not feel that way. They feel great on my skin!

Although the facility seems small, the room I had was spacious as it was a steam shower room treatment for 2 people. Everything was dimly lit...absolutely a nap-worthy and relaxing place. You will fall asleep...trust me.

Overall, this place will give you what you pay for. And if it's a luxurious spa experience in downtown Bangkok that put you in the convenient spot for shopping trip you're into; go ahead and give it a look. Better...

Went around 18.00 a couple of days ago for onsen+dinner package. The place was a bit too crowded (around 11 people inside). There were two groups talking and laughing loudly in the onsen area for more than 30 mins. I tried contacting the staff in the bathroom twice (which she said yes she’ll take care of it) ,but nothing happened. I didn’t felt at peace even though I was in the steam and sauna room( due to the loudness of the laughing). After tolerating for more than an hour ( thought staff is doing sth) I went to the reception and told them about the event. The manager came and talk things out. All she did was say sorry and told me not to tolerate next time and inform the staff immediately (which I was thinking no next time, this would be my first and last time here) . I told her I did inform the staff, she told me that their staff are outsources which couldn’t communicate in Thai properly. She told me to inform staff with some types of uniform(how should I know) which is their permanent staff. Well, if you are looking for some nice peaceful place for onsen I would recommend Let’s relax or Yunomori.
