Phuket Surf House - Patong Beach — Attraction in Patong

Hi to everyone who reads reviews! I would like to share my impressions about this place. My husband and I went to this place for two days.We paid 990 baht per person for one hour. There were 5 people on one track including us, it's not so much, but in an hour you don't have enough time to ride normally. We came for the third time in the evening and there were already 8 people on the track, although initially we were told that the maximum could be 6. We approached the manager to say that 8 people should not be, to which we were told that the maximum could be 16. Me and my husband never heard the number 16. We bought tickets 3 times and we heard about 6 people every time,not 16. Even the instructor told us that there could be a maximum of 6 people. Apparently, when the influx of people went, they changed the rules. We asked for a refund, because 8 people on the track for only 1 hour, you won’t even have time to stand on the board 3 times. I like flowboarding a lot and specifically got the hotel next to this, so I can come often.

So I got the membership and ended up not using it. You never know how much time will you get to surf, time between people is very uneven and unfair. And there seems to be no limits on how many people in an hour they take. So aside from wasting money, it's a big waste of time. One of the times I was able to surf only 4 times in 2h!

I'd much rather pay for fixed surf minutes, do my time and move along with my day. Instead of paying for the share between no one knows how many people and as much time as instructor feels like.
