Beşir Ağa (Lala) Çeşmesi

Bugün yerinde olmayan Asmalı Mescidin avlusunda iken bina altına taşınmış. Bu nedenle “Asmalı Mescid Çeşmesi” olarak da anılmaktaymış.

İbrahim Hilmi TANIŞIK’ın “İstanbul Çeşmeleri II, Beyoğlu ve Üsküdar Cihetleri” adlı eserinde bu çeşme, 78 numaralı “Lala Beşir Ağa Çeşmesi (H.1153-M.1740)”dir.
