The Exchange nightclub and lounge — Attraction in Abu Dhabi

Today we really dissapointed about the security inside, we always come there and always bring our friend to come there.. we always make event there .. cos the couple infront of us ( round table middle) are too tacky, they asking our friend to calm down and go out from club. Cos my friend are dancing and dint mean to little nudged his wife or girls,and my friend are ask apologize, (beacause we know our moving).. we knw were under control and we know we're working in hospitality and we spend alot of money there and promote taht place to our new friend ..we go there not only 1 / 2 time but when were ofduty we go there to relax, and when my friend go out talk to them security and asking want to talk with manager they didnt give us change. And its REALLY UNFAIR as were a regular guest .they need to understand that place are CLUB, NOT FINE DINING.and security inside must be know that too... that time we spent alot of money then that couple only 2 drink.since they come after us.. for sure we would comeback cos we love singers and dj .. And the slim tall and politely guy outside security ( id alhosn check) are kind not in bridge one ..when we ask name he always said " comeback tmorow" but its fine they always recognise us.. if not changing it would go to bad tripadvisor ad were a regular guest and we didnt do anything wrong. We brave to give critical for better next. I thanks.. thank bar make us good drink and recognise us .. knowledge for waitress need to improve isnt not cos crowded place but name of alc. But thanks today they knew us n always give us pen to write down our order. Thanks ...

A night to forget: Terrible experience at Exchange Club

I recently had a visit at Exchange Club and i must say it was an evening that i would rather forget.

The issue escalated when the (Indian)butler assigned to our section was persistent to the point of annoyance, constantly pressuring us to order more drinks. We had already placed our initial order, but that didn't stop him from badgering us every few minutes. It's not our fault that the service was so slow – blame the waitstaff for taking an eternity to bring our drinks to the table.

The music at this club was another disappointment. The playlist seemed stuck in a time warp, as if it hadn't been updated for a long time. The songs became painfully repetitive, making it difficult to enjoy the atmosphere. A nightclub's success heavily relies on the energy created by its music, and Exchange Club failed miserably in this department.

Overall, my experience at Exchange was one I would rather forget. It was clear that this establishment is in dire need of some serious customer service improvement. Save your time and money for a venue that values its customers and knows how to provide a true...

In two words. Fantastic band. They have an incredible band full of energy and they sing great. The DJ also spins great songs. The music and the band are the only reason why I go there.

The band is so good, you will feel like you are at a concert. A lot of people dance at the tables and on the dance floor.

A must visit for the sake of band.

However, the place gets packed on weekends. And the air conditioning is non existent so it gets really hot in there.

The management is stingy or they don’t care. They probably leave the air con on high just to save a few bucks. They must understand, once the place gets packed just the body heat warms the place up. On top of that with people dancing they get hot.

They need to add portable air conditioning all over the place or put in new high efficiency air...
