I recently visited the open buffet restaurant at Meridian Plaza Abu Dhabi, expecting a high-quality dining experience. Unfortunately, it was a major letdown. The food was bland and lacked any real flavor. On top of that, it was cold, making the entire meal unappetizing. Some items even appeared to be leftovers from the previous day, which was quite off-putting. For a restaurant in a supposed 5-star hotel, I expected fresh and well-prepared dishes, but this was far from it. To make matters worse, the washroom was not clean, adding to the overall disappointment. Cleanliness and hygiene should be a priority in any establishment, especially in a high-end hotel, yet it was clearly neglected. The only positive aspect was the service, which was good. The staff was attentive and polite, but unfortunately, that couldnāt make up for the poor food quality and hygiene. Overall, this buffet did not reflect the standards of a Meridian hotel at all. I wouldnāt recommend it to anyone looking for a quality dining experience. There are plenty of better options in Abu Dhabi that actually live up to...

Once we were noticed and got a menu⦠we had to do the waiting time all over again only a little bit longer. Worst part then people came in sitting next to us and they came immediately!!! This is not a way to serve clients. Every client needs proper care. Luckily they were friendly! But please keep an eye on the whole terras, a blind spot means that youāre not observing the place.
