Accessibility: Unlike the other malls such as Khalidiya Mall, Abu Dhabi Mall or Wahda which are buried in between traffic and several buildings and a lot of people just in general. This mall is in the middle of an island , which is accessible to not people living in the city but also for people living in the outskirts like mbz, khalifa city.. Another form of accessibility is, the bridge to the mall can be walked which is a piece of cake with the amazing weather as you are surrounded by water , it can be gone up by scooter barely taking 5 minutes of your time and then obviously you can also go by car. There is over 2000 car parking which mean the chance of you finding a parking even in the most busiest and peak hours is also high.

Target Audience: This place is a shoppers paradise, be it groceries or be it luxury bags, this place has it all. To make it easier for people, one side is the mall and the other side is the luxury collection, or the luxury shops. This prevents over crowding and allows all the market sectors to be with one side so if I were to be buying Louis Vuitton, I would also go out and see several other luxury shops and be tempted to go shop more.

The mall has an Influence: This mall is especially home to either the locals or the youth of Abu Dhabi. Although this would mean a high presence of things like vapes, cigarettes and other nicotine devices, this would also mean the mall need to increase it's standards to match the needs of the main people who are usually in their mall. Maintenance: As I mentioned previously, due to the rise of teenagers in the mall, in Abu Dhabi there will be a high Prescence of nicotine devices which will cause problems due to asthma in some people. The Mall has strictly prohibited usage of any nicotine devices in the mall and only allows it to be done outside in this place called "seaside". Secondly, there would be also a lot of fights between teenagers, and this usually occurs in seaside as well. However there are several CCTV cameras which will capture 24/7 so if there are any fights the security will come in a buggy and deal with the issue
