From the moment we stepped into Habib Beirut, we knew we were in for something special. The ambiance is warm and inviting, beautifully blending modern comfort with classic Lebanese charm. But what truly made our experience outstanding was not just the food—it was the exceptional service, especially from the manager Joseph.
Joseph is a rare gem in the hospitality world. He greeted us with genuine warmth, made thoughtful recommendations, and ensured every detail of our evening was perfect. His passion for the restaurant and for Lebanese cuisine truly shines through. He made us feel not just like valued customers, but like guests in his own home.
As for the food—absolutely phenomenal. Every dish we tried was rich in flavor, beautifully presented, and cooked to perfection. The Slow-Cooked Lamb Shank was the highlight: melt-in-your-mouth tender, layered with spices, and paired wonderfully with bulgur and yoghurt. The mezze platter, grilled meats, and fresh-baked bread were all equally impressive. You can tell the kitchen takes pride in every plate they serve.
Whether you’re looking for a cozy dinner, a place to impress guests, or simply to indulge in authentic Lebanese cuisine, Habib Beirut delivers on every level.
A big thank you to Joseph and the entire team for an unforgettable dining experience. We’ll definitely be back—and bringing...
Read moreLunch for 4 persons on Sunday 13th july We have ordered the followings as appetizer: habib's mezza tray (5 items: mouhamara, moutabal, labneh, hindbeh, shanklish) + tabbouleh + spicy potato cubes + grilled halloumi + hummus with meat and pine nuts And as for main: mixed shawarma platter and kafta
First of all, as overall experience is good. Majority of the food was very good.
A few comment on the experience: First, asking the waiter if the habib's mezza tray will be good for 4 along with the other appetizer, his reply was so sarcastic saying better to go for each item as individual platter, moreover, the price on the menu is AED 69 while on the bill is AED 75 (it is not about the 6 dirhams difference but it is unethical) second thing: mouhamara was extremely oily, unexpected, and I haven't seen and tasted such mouhamara )بتلعي النفس( not even at the worst Lebanese restaurant in UAE. Shawarma platter and kafta been placed on the table even before the hummus with meat and the spicy potato which is unappropriate. By the way the shawarma portion is miniature and it was...
Read moreMy friend and I had lunch there yesterday, 16th of August around 1pm, everything was fine, until one of the managers (do not know the name, he was wearing spectacles and blue shirt) decided to act in a very unprofessional manner and ruined our experience. While one of the waiters was attending the table next to ours, the manager approached him in a very aggressive manner, grabbing him by his arm, shouting at him and taking him away from that table. We witnessed this horrible act, we were not sure if we should interfere, as the waiter could have been in more trouble. No matter what mistake the waiter did, this is definitely not how a manager should treat other employees or even other human beings, privately or publicly. I am writing this, so the upper management could investigate more and take actions, regarding this type of behaviour, which is...
