ZGames - The Dubai Mall — Local services in Dubai

Definitely would never order from here again. It's been months for my order and hasn't been delivered yet. The customer service never replies and if they do they'll tell me items where never in stock when I ordered. So 3 months later they tell me it's my fault that items where not in stock and hence wasn't delivered?

One person from the team said one item was supposed to be delivered in March so they held my other items but another person from their team says it was never in stock.

They just know how to take money from people interest free and give rude responses when they get questioned. Order number : 000000608

I think best option would be for me to file a consumer case against them.

But sharing my experience here so others can think before ordering...

the guys who are working in the dubai mall branch, are very supportive and very kind, and no matter how much kind pf questions you ask they will answer and be very nice, beside that they are always coming back to you when and update you for whatever you ask, i recommend everyone to go there and you will see how they will treat you very nice, espicially i want to mention mr.allan who is very nice guy and will help as maximum as he can
