Pullman Dubai Creek City Centre Residences — Attraction in Dubai

I would like to give my best complements to the receptionists Miss Trupti and Mr. Shanilk. Both of them politely and smilingly, gave my family a very warm welcome and allocated us at best site view apartment. Mr. Fred the Security officer had opened our happiness at Pullman with great support and all guidance from arriving, car parking till settling in the apartment and during checking out. He was doing this from his sweetest heart. He is very friendly and well disciplined, lots of thanks to him. I cannot forget Mr. Kelvin who managed our luggage perfectly. I really appreciate all who managed my wedding anniversary complements, It was a big surprise and lovely with a nice anniversary cake Mr. Mekunde the fourth floor room attendant made sure we had everything we needed. He is a very friendly staff and very very supportive. He made up our apartment very clean and shining. In the restaurant (though with trouble to reach) I solute Mr. Roman. He made sure may family get the best satisfactory service at dinner time. He made sure we get all we needed. He is very charming and very social. I liked him. Through Mr. Roman, Chef Obie served me with best alternative of fish at dinner. The chef really showed me his talent, well-done chef Obie. Moreover, i give my complements to other Restaurant staff, Mr. Rishav (very supportive and kind too) Sandikahya, Muhsin. These staff happily and promptly served my family. At Breakfast time, Shamila and Margret did a very good job to allocate a table for seven of us, very quickly despite a long que. The Breakfast had all the quality meals one might think. excellent setup and display. The food would be topped up without delay. My best regards to the two staff at egg-station. They made best omelets with no delay and there was no long waiting. All these staff encourage me to come back to Pullman Dubai Creek City Centre. We’ve stayed in the hotel a few times and this time we chose the residence as we were coming with our baby and toddler, my husband stayed previously with friends and highly recommended it.. The location is perfect, you’re 10 minutes from the airport and essentially connected to a mall/food court. This has been amazing for us as we are very late risers and are up till late which means we can eat and be up but within a the grounds of the residence too.. The staff here are phenomenal, the gentleman who checked us in upgraded us to a 2bed apartment and since then we’ve had nothing but positive encounters with all the staff. The security/reception team have always helped me with the children/prams/bags and their courtesy and kindness goes above and beyond. The housekeeping team Prakash and Makunda have a great attention to detail and nothing seems as though it’s too much trouble; an asset to the hotel! The room is great, 2 good bedrooms, a kitchen diner living area, laundry facilities, en-suite bathroom and main bathroom and a balcony too.. Pool area is good too with a beautiful view, - a small children’s pool and a larger pool for adults but the beds are usually plentiful, it’s always staffed and has a lifeguard present.. was able to also indulge in a body scrub and massage with Elsie-fantastic! It’s expensive but obviously very convenient when you have children and she was great.. we’ve also had room service food which was delicious, again a little pricey but very good quality and very convenient (with children you often pay for the convenience..)

Overall this stay has been fabulous (we have a few days left here..) and can’t wait to come back again

I left every session feeling energized, confident, and even learned new techniques I hadn’t tried before.
