It was lovely to come back to this quaint spot nestled into Pullman for another ‘Artful Hightea’ experience with my loved ones 🥰 at T Lounge by Dilmah. Before I begin my review I want to give a huge shoutout to Ms. Olivia and Mr. Chattu(supervisor) for making our afternoon even more amicable with their warm smiles, friendly conversations and amazing customer service. It was fun to have a chat about things and the extensive menu of the food served. THANK YOU SO MUCH for a delightful hightea experience! 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻

We started off our afternoon tea with their welcoming drink- a chilled citrusy iced tea concoction that was surely thirst quenching in this summer heat with perfect blends and tones, it was so good! 💯. This was just the beginning of their beverage menu as they cater to a variety of cold and hot beverages to choose from. I highly recommend their ‘Kandy Lamissi’- a famous lankan baila song translating to “a young woman from the city of kandy”. This iced drink was soo delicious and refreshing!

Having visited this lounge twice I was eager to try their savoury bites and sweeteats. Loved the presentation of the menu especially the lemon and apple mousses, fruit tarts were so cute and delicious! The chocolate raspberry cake was light and perfect. Their french vanilla tea scones with actual tea leaves in them was too good! So rich and buttery especially with their clotted cream and fresh strawberry jam🍓 🤤 .

As for their savouries I wish they could’ve done a bit better as I felt it was lacking in terms of varieties compared to the sweeteats, given my previous visits had more choices. But, I must say their Chicken Rolls and Fish Cutlets- a lankan staple was the highlight! 👍🏻, fresh off the deep fryer and crispy exteriors it tasted amazing! The Salmon Cream Cheese Sandwiches and Cucumber 🥒 Cream Cheese Sandwiches were a subtle treat in contrast to the spicy savouries.

Would I visit here again? Yes, I would! Love the quiet space, beautiful artworks on display, good quality tea brews and beverages and scrumptious desserts and bites and even better the staff makes you feel welcomed! 🥰. A highly recommended lounge to unwind and just sip...

I stayed at the Pullman Dubai Creek City Centre in Deira with my mother to celebrate her 70th birthday, and I can honestly say it was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had.

From the moment we arrived, everything was extremely well organized. Even though we arrived early, the staff were kind enough to offer us an early check-in, which set the tone for the rest of our stay. The hotel’s cleanliness, comfort, and convenience especially its easy access to excursions around Dubai were exceptional.

A special mention must go to Chaturanga and his wonderful team. Chaturanga’s professionalism and attention to detail made a huge difference throughout our stay. Whether he was present or not, the restaurant service remained consistently impeccable—a true testament to great leadership and teamwork.

The chefs were equally amazing. Chef Indika and Chef Sahan, who prepared the most delicious Sri Lankan dishes (a lovely surprise since I’m from England and miss authentic Sri Lankan food), went above and beyond. These dishes weren’t even requested—they were made specially for us on their own initiative, which was so thoughtful.

The highlight, of course, was my mother’s 70th birthday celebration. The hotel staff surprised her with a beautiful cake and sang Happy Birthday, making her day incredibly special. They also sent complimentary food to our room—another thoughtful touch that made us feel truly valued.

The room service was excellent, the front desk staff were friendly and efficient, and the bar and coffee shop teams were always welcoming and helpful. Every staff member we met seemed genuinely dedicated to ensuring guests have a perfect experience.

This hotel truly lives up to its five-star reputation from service to hospitality, everything exceeded expectations. I wholeheartedly recommend the Pullman Dubai Creek City Centre to anyone visiting Dubai. You’ll receive five-star treatment in every sense of the word.

Our recent stay at Pullman, City Center Mall, was a beautiful balance of business and leisure. Though the primary purpose of the trip was work-related, I was fortunate to have my wife accompany me and this hotel made the experience feel like a gentle escape amidst the bustle.

From the moment we arrived, we were enveloped in a calm and refined ambiance that offered a sense of retreat from the outside world. The interiors exude modern elegance, while the natural light pouring through the glass atriums brought a subtle connection to the world outside and a gentle reminder of serenity even in a city-center setting.

What made the stay even more remarkable was the unbeatable convenience, with the City Center Mall just an elevator ride away, we could step effortlessly into a vibrant world of shopping, dining, and people-watching. The transition from quiet hotel comfort to the lively pulse of the mall felt seamless, like flowing from one world to another with just the press of a button.

The hospitality deserves heartfelt applause. Every staff member we encountered was warm, attentive, and sincere. Special thanks to Ms. Thidar at the front desk, whose smile was always reassuring, and Shamila at the F&B section, who made our dining experiences feel personal and cared for. I must also extend my appreciation to the many Bengali staff, whose kindness and natural warmth reminded me of the hospitality back home. It felt genuine, grounded, and almost familial.

Despite the purpose of my trip, the stay never felt transactional. It felt like a moment of pause, where urban convenience met heartfelt service, and where modernity didn’t overshadow the subtle touches of comfort and nature.
