I recently had the pleasure of renting from X Car Rentals in Dubai, and I couldn't be more impressed with my experience. They offer an extensive variety of cars, making it easy to find exactly what you're looking for. I rented from them twice, and both times were fantastic.

On my first visit, I received a 2023 Ford Territory, which was immaculate — it looked and drove like a brand-new vehicle. On my second visit, I initially rented a Dodge Charger but decided to switch it for an Audi A3 mid-rental. X Car Rentals was incredibly flexible and allowed me to make the switch without any hassle, which I truly appreciated.

A standout part of my experience was dealing with Jose. From the moment I interacted with him, it was clear he was genuine and cared about providing great service. Not only was he professional and attentive, but he was also down-to-earth and very easy to talk to. Jose made the entire rental process feel stress-free, which is something I really value. His friendly approach and willingness to go the extra mile were key factors in making my experience so enjoyable.

Amin, before I even went to Dubai, was super helpful. A very good brother who went the extra mile to ensure my needs were met. He was always available for questions and sorted me out while I was in the UK. When getting to Dubai he was very helpful and had great customer service. He is a professional and always willing to help.

I also had the chance to meet Rashid, the owners son. This young man has a very bright future ahead of him. Hospitality at its best and treated my family like his own. His hospitality is second to none. And he looked after us down to the last minute. He genuinely looked after us. I can't name a better service that I received in any other country.such a young man but a big and bright future ahead of him.

I had a small car booked from another company for a much higher price and cancelled just before I arrived in Dubai due to a lack of communication. Upon my arrival I found X Car Rental and was speaking to Amin. Amin found the perfect car for me and my family, something safe and reliable for my daughter that ticked all the boxes! He wasn’t pushy, although he had every car under the sun at his disposal, he didn’t pressure me to take supercars or anything like that and understood all my needs! The price he gave me absolutely shocked me and we went with the Dodge! The service I got and how quickly he responded to every query I had, even the non car ones was second to none. He was available all hours of the day and night and made my journey so simple, as a first timer I was sceptical about hiring but after this I will always hire a car in Dubai and it will always be from Amin! Absolute gem of a guy! He even let me take the tints of the car as they were a little too dark for us on a night. Would give 10/10 if I could! Definitely recommend 1000x!
