Simply Amazing!! This was my second time staying at the Palazzo Versace hotel in Dubai. I can honestly say I had the same if not better experience this time round. From the grand decor as soon as you enter to the very lovely room we were put in with a great view of the creek to see every morning everything felt luxurious. Most importantly all the staff did an exceptional job in catering for me and my mothers every need with a smile. My mother had a walking disability at the time of our stay but each member of staff gave help where needed and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. I would like to specifically mention Manny and all the staff at the Giardino restaurent during breakfast. We were always greeted with a warm and welcoming smile everyday by all the staff and chefs which made us feel right at home. The food was exceptional and readily available with lots of variety. Special thanks to Paras Verma as he made sure my mother and I had everything we needed an went out his way to make that happen. I would also like to mention the housekeeping was very thorough and efficient and done with care by Irzam Butt on a daily basis without complaints. Getting around the hotel was also not an issue as the staff catered for all our needs and guided us easily through. A special thanks to Gurpreet and Sukhbir of security who went out there way to show us round and speak with my mother and made her feel wolcome and comfortable at every chance we met. All in all it was a great trip and our stay was made much more memorable by the environment and friendly staff of the hotel. I highly recommend staying at this hotel, you will not be dissapointed. I look forward visiting Dubai and staying at this...
Read moreTo be honest its not worth the money. I feel like this hotel is only for certain nationalities such as romanians, who love to brag that they stayed in a Versace hotel. The grand suite room with city view was designed beautifully and it was a quite large room for a family, however when we entered the room there were some candies on the ground, black hair in the bathtub and the fact that the doors of the bathroom are transparent is quite disturbing and bad design. I assume that a family should stay in the big suite so having a transparent door to share with my dad and brother was quite ofd. I only used the powder room to avoid being seen on the toilet. The breakfast was fine, good variety. However, as someone who is working at reception in a 4 star property I found it a bit weird that the front office staff is doing the check in sitting down and no emotional engagement or information about the breakfast was provided. I thought a basic check in for mystery shopper would highlight the emotional engagement, at least asking how everyone s day is going or showing a bit of attention, not only looking at the screen. The front desk agent didnt even confirm if we have breakfast included or any details about our booking apart from "you booked 2 rooms, one grand and one small". What is this?? Hahah I thought this is a 5 star property. At least valet parking guys were kind...
Read moreI had the worst experience here at Palazzo Versace, Duba Creek. We are three platinum club members and paid already for 1 guest we brought. I’m supposed to celebrate my bridal shower but there’s this guy named Sandy who is one of the waitress at the central pool last 05Oct25 around 2pm. He was very rude and harassing. Zero customer service at all! We thought he came to take our orders but demanded our ID instead and demanding us to pay for additional 100 when we settled it already at the reception with their supervisor prior entering. When we mentioned his supervisor’s named Gusti, he said he doesn’t know him! We call Gusti and explain the situation to him but instead Sandi backing down, apologizing, and admitting his mistake he kept on talking and fighting with us.
What kind of place is this hiring unskilled and rude employees? It doesn’t stand up to its name when the people they are hiring are ignorant of...
