Rituals — Attraction in Aberdeen City

Went in for my usual body oil all the products are luxurious really worth the money , was greeted at the door by a member of staff she had asked if I was looking for something pacific I had told her what I was looking for she brought me right to it and had seen I was looking at an exfoliating scrub she took me to the wash station to try out this product and spoke me through some ingredients and best benefits I had seen another limited edition product she was more than helpful explaining me through the product and the range I ended up purchasing the gift set she then continued to tell me about some of the amazing Boxing Day sales that was on from men’s products to woman’s products I had purchased men’s shaving foams ,shower wash and moisturiser along with a few refusers and perfume I’m rather picky with perfume the member of staff had found a few that matched what I said I prefer in perfume the standard of service was above and beyond I had went in for a £25 body oil and came out with a bag worth £200 of product Can’t applause this member of staff enough she done a outstanding job of customer care to...

I visited Rituals, Aberdeen, Union Sq yesterday for the first time. I was greeted by a very lovely assistant called Hilary. Hilary was great when I'd mentioned it was my first visit. She showed me around the products, letting me try some as we went. She offered a hand massage also, which unfortunately I didn't have time to accept. Hilary was super informative and clearly loves the Ritual products she made my visit an absolute breeze. I selected a couple of items as a gift and Hilary wrapped these making them look even more special. Finally Hilary advised of the membership scheme, which i joined and I will absolutely be back to treat myself very soon. Hilary, you are a real credit to the store, well done you. This is only the 2nd time I have bought from Rituals in Aberdeen ( unfortunately not for me!). I was initially offered a wee ginger tea whilst I browsed. The very helpful assistant, Hilary asked if she could help me and told me about the new products and offers in store. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. I bought a small gift set for a friend and was delighted to be offered a full size shower mousse. ( which I will keep for myself...what a lovely treat).
