Rudest customer service with the most disgusting attitude towards clients! My experience was appaling on several occasion but today it was the cherry on the cake! So.. I bought a foundation in a rush that was the wrong shade and I came with reciept and the unused sealed product to exchange it for the appropriate shade w days after due to my work. The lady working there told me that because of the new âinventedâ policy she can not exchange an untouched sealed product! What a joke! She was telling me that while she was touching with bare hands all the costmetic products and that would be ok for us to buy them whithout her policy applying to her or the staff managing the products and stocking then on the shelf without any gloves if she was that concerned avoit the sanitation! But apparently if you buy one and go out the store for one minute you can no longer exchange it! It was not even about retunning it for ÂŁ back. Beware of this scamming they try to feed people! I will be sure to raise another complaint with the store manager! Absolutely outrageous. If that would be a thing than no one including the staff nor the clients should be allowed to ever touch anything including the staff selling over the till and touxhing the products your about to take home.    Read moreI had a very disappointing experience at this Boots branch. I came in looking for electrolytes and asked one of the staff members for help straight away. She pointed me toward the pharmacy/prescriptions counter. Once there, I tried to ask the older lady behind the counter for assistance, but she immediately shut me down, saying she wouldnât answer any questions unless I queued up.
After waiting in line and finally speaking to her, she told me electrolytes would be in the food section. I went there, only to be met again by the same staff member Iâd initially spoken to, who told me they werenât there. She then pointed me to a random shelf near the pharmacy with various medicationsânone of which were what I needed.
After struggling on my own, I had to ask a third staff member, a younger practitioner, who was the only helpful person throughout the visit. She walked me to the correct location and apologised for the confusion.
Overall, the staff seemed poorly trained and unwilling to take responsibility. Instead of helping, they sent me in circles, wasting my time and leaving me feeling frustrated and upset. Itâs unacceptable that in a health-focused store, staff members donât even know where essential items are located.

   Read moreSo firstly, 5 starts isn't enough. There hasn't been a day where i've visited this boots branch and have left annoyed or felt as though my needs weren't met. After keeping an eye on this i requested i have all my prescriptions sent there. The staff at the pharmaceutical section are beyond amazing and i've really grown to them. I place an even greater emphasis on three particular Ladies; Orla, Samira and Sheyma. They harbour a really harmonious attitude towards their work and their customers and to be honest, for the way they help me, I don't imagine them being paid enough. Having to go to the pharmacy only means there's something wrong, regardless of it's magnitude. With that in itself, they help me very much with my medicine and go the extra mile in explaining in great depths to me and for this, i'm truly, truly, truly thankful.
Please don't take the 5 stars as what it is. It's an understatement to say these women deserve...
