Kasa Cafe London — Restaurant in London

One of my favourite places.

I’ve been coming here pretty much every day, and it’s always a great experience. The vibe, the space, and the overall feel of the place just keep me coming back.

During exam season, I studied here a lot and it was genuinely the perfect spot for it. Calm, spacious, never too loud, and I could always find a seat. It’s much bigger inside than it looks from the outside, which makes a huge difference.

Shereen, the barista, is always so kind and welcoming. You can really see how committed she is to providing a good service. She’s always on task, keeps everything running smoothly, and somehow remembers everyone.

There are loads of events happening too, which shows how popular the place is and how well it works as a venue. Whether you’re working, meeting friends, or just passing through, it’s a great spot to settle...

I’ve only just got round to writing a review but the exceptional customer service I received from an individual required me to write this review. I have been to many cafes and restaurants however never have i received such great hospitality and attentiveness like this before. I may misspell her name but a young lady Aasma gave me the more reason to want to visit this place again. She made me feel very welcomed and was so polite I didn’t know people like this existed. I was going through a hard time the day I popped in and her smile radiated through me. sadly they do not honour their promotional offers such as the sandwich offer with neotaste, essentially false advertising to get you in the doors then tell you its 'ran out for today' (although it was still morning, cafe was completely empty, plus I had pre booked the offer 2 days prior)- wasted 2 hours travelling back and forth, & to make matters worse when checking reviews later in the neotaste app another customer claimed theirs successfully several hours after my review and 'wasn't sure what happened to previous reviewer'.. well, the lady seems to pick and choose what customers she wants to honour, and lies to the ones she'd rather not offer a discount to.
